I paid my car loan
I paid my car loan AU0820100043686 fully on 20/02/2012. My last EMI Rs.7690/- was Rs.79 more than the due i.e Rs.7911/-. The phone numbers 24371900/24371901 are taken only once or two in a day, after trying for one hour I could contact only on 09/03/12. 17/03/2012. I was told by Mr Raghav that NOC and cheque for Rs. 79/- will be sent within 10days. But no NOC no refund of Rs.79/- and they donot take phone. This is the service given by so called best private bank. You try these numbers and if you are lucky after trying minimum 10 times out of that 5 times you will find engaged tone one rough and dry voice you will hear.

I have received your sms on my mobile i.e. 9868950579 on 3 April 2012 at 8 34 44 Am that my outstanding balance in axis bank loan account number i.e. AU1260100087919 is Rs 89205. But after debited from my Punjab national bank account Rs 6143 on 3 April 2012 at 10 35 50 Am, I received another sms on 4th April 2012 that my outstanding balance is Rs 95348. The amount should be less than 89205. Please do the needful as soon as possible and send me the confirmation as soon as possible. I ll be thankful.

I paid off my entire CAR LOAN amount 3 months back and recieved a notification on 4th July from the Axis bank, Customer Care that the NOC would be sent to me in 15 days. Unfortunately I havent received any communication since then. I dropped quite a few reminders and tried ringing the contact no.s but no response.
