Pls let me know as to how I can check flight timings through mobile sms. Call centr is not very helpful

Dear Sir/M'am, I am pretty unhappy with your airline, which I absolutley did not expect.I took three flights between the date-10-12th august- ahmedabad-mumbai auranagabd-mumbai and mumbai-ahmedabad. The service and staff was a real sad state of affairs to begin with. And the worst experience was on the 12 th for my flight from mumbai -ahmedabad by AI 986. If you get in touch with all the pasengers flying from mumbai that day,you will hear the same grievance/complaint.There was no mention that we had to take the flight from the international airport on the online reservation tickets. All passengers reached the domestic airport to catch the flight. At the domestic airport, we were told to rush to the international airport. And as per my personal experience I was rudely told that I should have called up and found out which airport I had to catch the flight from. This information should have been given by you ,during the booking of the ticket or else you should have sent an sms like all the other airlines do.To catch the flight from the international airport I had to pay the rickshaw guy `500 as there was no conveyance available at the time and had to meet his demands if I had to catch the flight. The airline should have arranged for the transport of all the pasengers? This was not an experience with just me, but every passenger on board. It was totally ridiculous and on top of that the flight was delayed as usual...the delay could have been conveyed to us when we had reached the domestic airport,so that we do not rush . It was totally a mental harrassment and to top it all, had to spend `500 to reach the international airport from the domestic airport, which could have been avoided. Hence forth I would definately avoid any AirIndia flights,Coz these 3 flights were a real bad experience and the later one was the worst.Do get in touch with all the passengers and you would know. An Irated passenger.

Im totally disappointed your airlines which I took a flight from kolkata to Aizawl on dated 17-11-2013 and as I lay my trust on your staffs and crews I did not lock my bags, and ive come to realised that my belongings which worth 3000 rupees was missing.Il be vety glad if you could sort things out dor me.
