Airtel Toll Free Customer Care Phone Numbers

  • You can approach a customer executive of Airtel by ringing a toll free number 121.
  • This will make you to get redirected to a menu which requests to select the preferred language.
  • Choose your favorite language to talk to a customer care executive.
  • After the language selection you will get a list of services offered by airtel including Airtel GPRS activation, caller tune activation, caller tune download, customized offers available, and lastly an option to speak to a customer care executive.
  • Sometimes you might have wait for a while to get connected to the customer care executive, due to the long queue of consumer complaints.
  • Now after speaking to the customer care executive you would get a message to give your feedback for the executive’s performance.

If you are prepaid customer of Airtel then dial *123# on your mobile and you will get an instant message of available balance, validity, as well as expiry date.

A postpaid customer can send an SMS "BILL" to 121 and get the current phone bil on your mobile.

This option can be considered as a last one, because it would really consume lot of time of yours. So try file complain and queries through the above two options mentioned. Which would be rather more effective compared to visiting the Customer care centre.

You are forcing uncalled for services on me. I have not subscibed to Jokes but still you have deducted Rs.30 from my balance. Hi,This's Nitin from Kerala,my number is 9995181757, i was unable to pay my airtel bill before and it had been disconnected,and i had given them a cheque dated on 30-01-11,and the payment was collected from my account on 2-02-11,one guy came here for collecting the cheque from me and he told me that the connection will be re-activated after getting the money from my account,and now they are telling me that my number is not available and i cant get that number back,Please do something,i need that number anyway.Reply me as soon as possible.Please consider my previous records,i never kept any balances before,i had an accident and my left leg's angle had dislocated so i took 2 months leave from my office and they refused,so i lost my job and that's why i was unable to pay the bill,but on last December 24th,i was there in the airtel office at vellayambalam,trivandrum.On that time the billed amount was 2045 something..and the unbilled amount about 200Rs,on that time i only had 2000Rs and they refused to take the money,that's why i cant pay the bill on that day.Please re-activate my number.It will be more helpful to me. sorry for to say this, it comes to know, airtel have the worst customer service. We cant reach u whenever we had a problem. If we tell something u suddenly do 1thing i.e., u should cut the line, else u did really u wont give line to speak with ur officers. I felt bad. Better do try to service for peoples, else u'll lose huge of customers.
