Respected Sir, This is Atul from Delhi, somtime before i complained to Airtel Customer Service, Eastern UP. Sir, i was a user of Airtel prepaid form feb 06 to march 09. I became a lifetime customer of Airtel on 27 dec.08. I was asked to recharge 200rs/ within 6 months as per policy of company for lifetime users. But, On apr. 09, when i used my sim card i found it was deactive. Therfore, i talked to customer care they informed me you did not make any single call to anyone, so it became deactive they also said to start me again submitting a photo and identity paper. Then i made all necessary process with 120 rs/ fee to restart my sim card. But it could not start, i made them call and call. I mailed Airtel Customer Service more than 5 or 6 times which i can show you with unique identity number. Now, what can i do? I should claim it in consumer court or not. Dear Sir, I have an Airtel mobile prepaid connection from Andhra Pradesh with a lifetime validity. The mobile number is 9959347617. I am presently residing at Wellington(Tamil Nadu) and was using the phone with a recharge of Rs 222. But today when I recharged the phone with Rs 222, the message received showed that the talk time is Rs 2.22 only. i tried to call up customer care of airtel and even the manager of Airtel at Coimbatore Mr Pradeep at his mobile no. 9940683011, but no one is receiving any calls despite having tried for more than two hours. I have two complaints with Airtel: - (a) Recharge of Rs 222 has not been affected and the shopkeeper says it is not his fault. i have lost the money. (b) There is no one from customer care available to listen to my complaint. Dear Sir \Madam I am your old customer of post paid and now for prepaid So kindly consider my case on important base i had lost my mobile on friday and on same date i had blocked my old sim and got new sim .i had given all document for transfering my old number to new sim on 19 nov , but till date my new sim is not activated . so i want to know in how many days new sim will avtivate because i had harashed by customer caare office jamshedpur by visiting them four tmes for this purpose . so kindly guide me what to do now so that my number will get activate . i tomorrow my no will not activate then i will go to consumer court and also to higher athourity of air tel . I am your OLD Airtel customer. I am using Govt Card ie 10 paise airtel to airtel. last month or so i have notice that i have been receiving sms regarding scores from airtel. Today i got sms from no. 54321 Content is Thanks for downloading Cricket pack from airtel you have been charged Rs. 3 bollywood pictures everyday - *321*555# What is all this nonsence this is not first time previously also i got such message that you have activated this service and that. What is going on. I am simply using phone for communication thats all. Previously also unadvertaintly you have been charged me normal rates for about 2-3 months. now last month or so you have been deducting 3 Rs. Per day. How it is possible before asking the customer you start deducting. Already now i am getting fed up of the service of Airtel

my mobile no 09974062561 was closed on june/july 2009 ,due to non usage for three months,i have ask for my deposits ,i am a old customer of airtel and many times i complain to customer care that i m not geeting the airtel bills regularly for which i m facing so much problem. after closing my sim airtel has to refund my deposit on 1sept 2009 ,they have prepare the cheque ,till today 15 dec 2009 i still not get my deposit money ,i many times contact to customer care ,about my deposit till now i m not geting a positive response from airtel ,pl tell where to go,shall i move to consumer court for mentally harrasement and compensation regards kunwar goyal

Hi, i got frequent calls at night or evening time from the no. +18042642007. When i attend no body else attend, instead there is a beep sound can be heard. I want to know whether this is an automated call or a call from USA or Canada. Can i get the details from customer care.
