Andhra Bank with the advent of latest technology and upgrading initiative has all its branches under CBS (Core Banking Solution) and provides services like internet banking, mobile alerts, instant debit card issue, and online tax payments to its customers.

For Andhra Bank Net Banking (AB INFI-net Internet Banking) log on to https://www.onlineandhrabank.net.in/.

To conduct the online operations the customer has to either download the application form from the website or fecth it from one of the branches and submit the filled form to their branch office who will provide the login ID, Login password, and transaction password for conducting net banking at https://www.onlineandhrabank.net.in/ and click on the Retail User login or Corporate User login depending on whether you are a retail user or corporate user. For guidance you can use the Demo Button or Download the Users Guide.

Andhra Bank Net Banking provides the facility of carrying out the banking functions from home or office:

Accounts.
Payments.
Fund Transfer.
Tax Payments.
Requests.
Credit Cards.
Mails.
Customize.
Logout.

Accounts sub menus are:

Operative accounts
Deposit Accounts
Loan Accounts
All Accounts
Tax Deduction Inquiry

Additional information about any account can be got from the dropdown list of accounts and choosing the option and clicking on the Go button:
Quick View: Last 10 transactions will be displayed.
Account Details: All details like Status, Customer ID, Balance etc.
Account Statement: Account statement in Text/Excel/PDF format.
Cheque Status Inquiry and Online Stop payment facility is also available.
Clearing Instrument: The status of cheque which has been sent for clearing.
Lien Inquiry: Lien type, expiry date, Amount if any lien is marked to the account.
Nominee Details: Nominee name, relationship etc.

Payments option is for Online Bill Payment and has sub menus:
Alerts: Alerts about - Pending Payments, Pending Presented Bills, Bills Awaiting Acceptance.
Payment:-Payee Setup, Utility Bill, Add a third Party Account, View pending Payments, Search Payees, Make a New Payment, View Payments made, Unapproved Payment, Bill Presentment, and Payment History.

Fund Transfers is for Fund Transfer, Status Inquiry, and Pending Transfers and the menus are:

Self Fund Transfers.
Third Party Transfer.
External Fund Transfer.

Requests is for the different types of offline requests as well as queries on requests such as:

Cheque Book Request
DD Request
Pin Reissue
Term Deposit Opening
Transaction Password Request

Mails are for communicating with the Relationship Manager (RM)and options available are:

Inbox.
Sent Mails.
Trash.
Compose Mail
RM Mail Alerts Inbox
External Mail Alerts Inbox.
Folders: for sorting and storing mails.
Customize: For changing Login password as well as Transaction password and Customer’s profile.
Activity: To view different financial/non financial activities and sorting the same based on type of activity, date and fate of that activity. Query option is also available to check the status of transactions/ requests.

There are two causes of this error,one is your transaction password not created or got expired and the other one is some technical issue in enabling the link.
If you have Transaction password with you or got received transaction password recently from your bank and after changing the transaction password at your login, still you are getting the same error when u press External funds transfer link. you may write to "dit-abnet@andhrabank.co.in" this email id is the Internet banking department of Andhra bank. They will enable your funds transfer within minutes you send them mail.
