Arthritis is a common disease prevalent throughout the world. It can affect people of all age groups and is non communicable.Although there is not much cure of the disease but newer medicines can provide some relief to the ailing. Taking certain precautions can help in controlling it.
Definition of ARTHRITIS
Arthritis is a disease that causes pain and loss of
movement of the joints. The word arthritis means
joint inflammation.Arthritis is usually chronic.This

1) Septic arthritis is caused by joint infection
2) Gouty arthritis is caused by deposition of uric acid crystals in the joint that results in subsequent inflammation.
There is another form of gout arthritis known as pseudogout. The most common form of arthritis ,osteoarthritis is also known as degenerative joint disease and occurs following trauma to the joint, following an infection of the joint or simply as a result of ageing.

Rheumatoid arthritis sympotms: Often called ‘cooked food ailment’In this arthritis, immune system attacks the lining or synovial membranes of the joints. Joint damage can be severe and deforming. It may involve the whole body and also causes fatigue, weight loss, anaemia, and affects lungs, heart and eyes. It develops gradually over several months and stillness in one or
additional joints. Finally the whole body is affected.
Sympotms are constipation and deformed hands and feet.
Gout arthritis symptoms: It is a metabolic disorder in which uric acid builds up in the blood and crystals form in joints and other places. This sudden attack causes mainly in the big toe, but any joint can be affected.
Juvenile arthritis symptoms: The most common form is Rheumatoid arthritis.
Psoriatic arthritis symptoms: Bone and other joint tissues become inflamed and like rheumatoid arthritis it may spread in the whole body.
Systemic Lupus Erythematosus arthritis symptoms: It involves skin in lupus erythematosus, joints, muscles and sometimes internal organs. Sympotms usually appear in women of child bearing age but can occur in anyone at any age.
