I am account holder in this bank since 2002 with lacs of transactions I am really fed up with the service when there is an issue no one including your customer care also respond. My account no. is 427010100049531 and I had given an application for a change of address and also applied for new debit card for replacement of lost card. No new of this when enquired from the Indranagar Bangalore branch where I submitted the application their response is worst. In adds soo much care is shown as publicity but when a 10 yr old customer is approching for some help nobody responds. Their reply is to contact the mother branch which is in AP. Can any one respond to me. Please I am very much distressed as I have lost my debit card and cheque book leaves also not availble to withdraw salary from the account. Hope I will get some reply. Dear Sir, I am selvam, i was taken loan to your concern. i want to reminder every month EMI details like EMI amount, last due date & other's through SMS, due to last month i was forget the loan due date & i have loss of RS. 225. i'm in hospital so i was forget. so please implement the loan EMI reminder.
