Dataone customers or any one who wants to know more about BSNL Dataone services can dial 1800 424 1600 which is a toll free number to contact the customer care executive.
Help desk number is 1957.
You candial 1504 for broadband related issues.
After dialing any of the above number you will be asked to change the language option according to your preference, Select the service about which you would like to know more about like broadband connection, 3g mobile connection, customized offers available etc.
Suppose you choose to talk to a customer care executive, then keep your BSNL number or Dataone Card number ready, for identification purpose.
BSNL dataone customer care service is available from 8A.M TO 8P.M.

Phone was Dead for six weeks started two days back Broad Band is still not working
So many complaints made most of the time you will not get call answered, few call answered will say call some other number voice guy will say call data guy and same other way....
BSNL care 4 digit numbers can not be called from other mobile....
Any email I'd where I can register my claim to waive off past months rent and how to surrender my land line

Now a days bsnl service gone worst. they are deliberately making customers to go to other service providers like Idea,Airtel. I recharged for 3g data plan of Rs.225 for one month. But I am not getting 3g network for more than two weeks. I get just gsm and edge network. I have lost money and bsnl has lost my faith in it. But remember I get idea 3g network fully. I recommend users donot go with bsnl service,else you will be disappointed.
