BSNL PREPAID NUMBER IS 9442311617.The following services are not required in my mobile with effect from immediatly.

1. SMS of various general Titles.

2. MUSIC STATION for which the UNSUB number is not functioning.But every month amount is going.

For your kind refernce...from 06/11/2009 i have sent many SMS for Deactivation of SMS ( dnd 1909) but neither response nor result.

Regarding music station...I approched CUSTOMER CARE where they are also tried thro SMS but could not.(UN SUB 126300) Thereafter I made a request to send thro System. Its recorded today. Please DEACTIVETE THE MUSIC STATION and avoid further deduction from this coming month.

OTHERWISE I HAVE TO SURRENDER THIS PREPAID CARD because UNWANTED SMS are disturbing more.

BSNL should look into this and resolve this immediatly.

Recently, when I visited Gwalior, M.P. from 03/12/2009 to 04/12/2009, my mobile comes to roaming, but without making or receiving calls, my balance talk time values was reducing fastly. Similarly, the same situation arises again, when I visited Siwan, Bihar from 18/12.2009 to 19/12.2009, my balance talk time value was Rs. 183/- (approx.), which fall down very quickly and shown only 51 paisa. What was the reason behind it, best known to you. It is also pertinent to mention here that I am also using your two tariff plans of Rs. 49/- & Rs. 212/-. So that, the detail of calls made or received on my mobile during those days are required to be checked. It is, therefore, requested to please aprise me the detail of calls made or received during 03/12.09 to 04/12.2009 & 18/12.2009 to 19/12.2009 and how much expenses incurred thereon.I shall be grategul, if you arrange and provide the same at the earliest in the inerest of justice.

They used to send unnecessary messages and unwanted questions. They further stated that they are renewing my subscription for TWOMEN5 pack and deducted a sum of Rs. 5/-. Earlier also they deducted Rs.15/- from my mobile account. I have never been a subscriber for the above pack and I cannot understand how they can steal money from me like this. Is there anyone to look into this matter? The unwanted messages are received continuously on my mobile through 53030. I request every day but your service provider does not help me, kindly take positive action as possible as quick. If unwanted message are not stopped by your service provider, then I will go in Judiciary Consumer Court.

My friends having connections of vodafone, airtel, Docomo, reliance and idea can't make a call to me. They are sending messages to me but i am not getting any type of message also. Regarding this, i registered a complaint to customer care on Sept 10, 2010. he said that this problem will be solved in 24 hours. I am a BSNL Rajasthan customer, cell no: 9460658900, currently I am in Mumbai so this number is in roaming.
I am gettting all SMS and Outgoing services without any trouble. But I am not getting incomming calls, and it says that " it is not possible to contact the network".
I talked to MTNL office here but they said that only BSNL Rajasthan can deal with this problem.

Here is the process to deactivate any of the unwanted BSNL services.

To deactivate Music Station service, dial 12630033. You will get the IVRS. Press 4, and then at the next prompt, press 5. Hooray! You are deactivated from this stupid, extortionate, bastard service of BSNL.

Note that this is a toll-free number. So all of you keep dialing and tell all your friends to keep dialing this number to get some of your own back on BSNL.

Please tell me how to deduct monthly charges of Rs. 30/- for twice for same subscription on same day. i.e. its your mistake.

I have installed Ubuntu in my system. I have taken a Hi-Speed Internet connection. The BSNL WLL Clarity II A Phone acts as the modem. I got a cd with a software " ViaUsb_Setup1.3.16alpha.exe", Since '.exe' files do not read in ubuntu what am i supposed to do ? Does BSNL provide a ubuntu version of this software. Provide me with any alternatives .... C u later ....Thanks.! [:(].

My Bsnl Mobile 9444283077 prepaid w/o any usage all of a suddenly Rs 50/= to Rs 150 /= detected, random basis for the past 4 months,I lost more than 1000/= w/o any reason i do not know about the reason,some problem in billing units in BSNL, hence restrictedly used this month and found same thing happened today also. i need the reason and i want to avoid / cut any new activation. If this repeatedly happened I will terminate my mobile connection like others switched over to private providers, pl consider this is most urgent and reply pl and also i need the incoming and out going list , pl send me to my mail id ... thank u ,
