BSNL Prepaid Customer Care

I am having a prepaid mobile number 9412014750.on which i am using 2 numbers for charges of 20p/min. I want to change these 2 numbers with new numbers.please let me how can i do it.

I've using bsnl prepaid sim card since last 2years or more & getting service as good as one can expect but today without my knowledge Islamic devotional service has been activated by Rs. 20/- which is not at all accepted to me. I'm requesting you to remove that service from my Mobile no. 9474778297 & make a note in future no such services will be activated.

I have not subscribed for tv channels but the subscription charge of Rs 150/- is deducted from my mobile 9442611168. I don't have the facilities in my mobile.Kindly deactivate and credit the amount to my balance.

…I CONTACTED AUTHORITY AND WE HAD A TELE TALK ,HE ENQUIRED THE MATTER AND INFORMED THAT BECAUSE OF QUERY IN RES. ADRESS ,IT WAS DELETED.
…BY MISTAKE OF THE BSNL EMPLOYEE , WHOSO EVER ON DUTY ,HAD NOT ENCLOSED RATION CARD COPY,AND I AM THE SUFFERER,EVENTHOUGH IT WAS VARIFIED BY BSNL ON DUTY OFFICER.

The message are continuous forwarded on my mobile Even Today 04.02.2010 at 10:04AM, 12:54PM & 04:39PM, & Today 05.02.2010 At 10:31AM also, Each & Every Day 10:00 Am, 12:00 Noon & 3:00Pm Three Time Every Day Message Disturb Me, & Today Also Rs 5, Deducted From My Account, Please Cancel the Service 53030, which is UN necessary disturbs me. They used to send unnecessary messages and unwanted questions. They further stated that they are renewing my subscription for TWOMEN5 pack and deducted a sum of Rs. 5/-. Earlier also they deducted Rs.15/- from my mobile account. I have never been a subscriber for the above pack and I cannot understand how they can steal money from me like this. Is there anyone to look into this matter? The unwanted messages are received continuously on my mobile through 53030. I request every day but your service provider does not help me, kindly take positive action as possible as quick. If unwanted message are not stopped by your service provider, then I will go in Judiciary Consumer Court.

I am a BSNL prepaid user bearing mobile no. 9450456524 issued from your Lucknow Office. Recently, when I visited Gwalior, M.P. from 03/12/2009 to 04/12/2009, my mobile comes to roaming, but without making or receiving calls, my balance talk time values was reducing fastly. Similarly, the same situation arises again, when I visited Siwan, Bihar from 18/12.2009 to 19/12.2009, my balance talk time value was Rs. 183/- (approx.), which fall down very quickly and shown only 51 paisa. What was the reason behind it, best known to you. It is also pertinent to mention here that I am also using your two tariff plans of Rs. 49/- & Rs. 212/-. So that, the detail of calls made or received on my mobile during those days are required to be checked. It is, therefore, requested to please aprise me the detail of calls made or received during 03/12.09 to 04/12.2009 & 18/12.2009 to 19/12.2009 and how much expenses incurred thereon.I shall be grategul, if you arrange and provide the same at the earliest in the inerest of justice.

BSNL PREPAID NUMBER IS 9442311617.The following services are not required in my mobile with effect from immediatly.

1. SMS of various general Titles.

2. MUSIC STATION for which the UNSUB number is not functioning.But every month amount is going.

For your kind refernce...from 06/11/2009 i have sent many SMS for Deactivation of SMS ( dnd 1909) but neither response nor result.

Regarding music station...I approched CUSTOMER CARE where they are also tried thro SMS but could not.(UN SUB 126300) Thereafter I made a request to send thro System. Its recorded today. Please DEACTIVETE THE MUSIC STATION and avoid further deduction from this coming month.

OTHERWISE I HAVE TO SURRENDER THIS PREPAID CARD because UNWANTED SMS are disturbing more.

BSNL should look into this and resolve this immediatly.
