sir my lover had cheated me and he is telling that now there parents were not accepting for marriage and so he will not marry and he is telling that i never see u as my lover and saying u r just my friend. So now infront of me there is nothing visible except to die. But i want to teach a lesson for these people who were cheating girls and playing with there hearts. so suggest me that what i will do now. do i need to complain and i need to know where i need to file the complaint and details regarding that

One of my known person has cheated me 2lakhs rupees in the name of investments to one of pune aryarup fraud company.But now it has been closed & this person is the introducers is also switched off the mobile & absoconding.How can I file the complaints to him.
Local police will not take my compalints.

Does the police have the authority to impose penalty or drag the 'offenders' to the police station if the people involved are just sitting in a car,waiting for an early flight to catch, watching a movie in the night at the Bangalore International airport? Just because a guy was sitting with 2 girls in the car at night, does not mean he/she is having sex in the car. This happened to me. The police said it is illegal to sit in the car with female companions, no matter what one does. How far is this true?

If traffic police is catching you quite often, then please read on. From now onwards, the TRAFFIC POLICE cannot catch a motorist just to examine the DRIVING LICENCE or VEHICLE DOCUMENT, They can catch you only if you have violated any TRAFFIC laws or if you are driving drunk. Remember that when caught for traffic violation, the fine you pay must be limited to the violation. In other words, the police can’t bloat the bill saying that you have no insurance cover or emission certificate, etc.

Many motorists do not know this. According to the law,
1) No POLICEMAN can slap a penalty on you just because you have no INSURANCE or EMISSION CERTIFICATE.
2) If you have not purchased INSURANCE cover for your vehicle, then the POLICE OFFICER must issue a notice, not impose penalty. You must be given 15 days time to purchase insurance cover and one week for obtaining the emission certificate, Days later, meet the sub-inspector at his station with the insurance cover or emission certificate, so that he will annual the charge at once.
3) Police can fine you only if you fail to produce these documents within the stipulated period.
4) If your vehicle is brand new, then you need not bother about obtaining the emission certificate for one full year.
