Bharat Darshan

In order to promote tourism in the country, the Indian railway has introduced Bharat Darshan Trains. It offers highly economical tour packages so that they can be afforded by every Indian citizen. These trains run on various tourist destinations in all parts of the country. The tariff is very affordable and it includes the cost of rail travel, road transfer, accommodation and sight seeing as well.

The detailed information about the Bharat Darshan Trains and their fares are as follows:

EZBD14 – the route of this train is Howrah, Kharagpur, Cochin, Munner, Perivar, Kanyakumari, Trivandrum, Kovalam and Alleppy. The cost of this package is Rs. 5130 for every person. Service tax is also included. This trip is of 9 days and the trains from Satragachi station in Howrah.

SZBD28 – this Bharat Darshan Train departs from Madurai City and heads for the following destinations: Kollam, Kottayam, Ernakulam, Thrisur, Shoranur, Kozhikkode, Kannur, Kasaragod, Kankanadi, Vasco-Da-Gama, Jaipur Jn, Delhi, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Palakkad, Shoranur, and Thrisur. The cost of this package is Rs. 7180 for every people incl. service tax.

WZBD24 – the train departs from Pune and heads for its fixed tourist destinations, which are as follows: Kalyan, Vasai, Surat, Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Ajmer, Pushkar, Jaipur, Mathura, Agra, Haridwar, Rishikesh, Amritsar and Vaishnodevi. The cost of this package is Rs. 5670 per person inclusive of service tax and it’s an eleven day tour.

EZDB13 – this is a twelve day tour and it takes the people to some of the well known tourist and pilgrimage centers in the country. The routes of this train are as follows: Howrah, Ajmer, Pushkar, Udaipur, Chittorgarh, Mt.Abu, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, Bikaner and Jaipur. The tour costs Rs. 6155 for every passenger and the train depart from Howrah Station 18.45 hrs.

SZDB27 – this train takes people on a ten day tour to some of the well known places that are of historical importance and tourist attraction as well. The train leaves from Egmore at 15.00 hrs and heads for its prescribed destination, which are as follows: Hyderabad, Aurangabad, Ellora, Ajanta and Goa. The tour package costs Rs. 5130 per people incl. of service taxes.
