When you book for refill cylinder, you will receive an SMS confirming the Booking of refill cylinder with booking reference number

When the cylinder is delivered, you will receive an SMS confirming the delivery of the refill cylinder with a delivery date.

Complaint against Pradeep Bharat Gas Agency- Nigdi (Pune) My customer number of 655 There is regulator linkage problem in my house form 10/06/12, we have make compliant to your gas agency mooring around 10 to 11 am i.e. 10/06/12, since your number is getting continuously engage, but your persons is not giving the compliant number also. On 11/06/12 your person has visit to home & try to do something temporarily run away. After his visit the same linkage problem is started with in 10 mints, we ware called again your office logged compliant, as early stated compliant number not allocated to us. Even though the linkage problem is serious no any person your office were attended on 11/06/12 and we have keep close our kitchen. On 12/06/12 again we have complain mooring at 9.30 to 10.20 am, since your number is getting continuously engage, but your persons is not providing the compliant number also. Am coustmer of Dhanlakshmi gas agency, Vepery, chennai. My consumer number is 0201, Always I face numerous problems with the agency. After many attempts I get my booking done and delivery is according to their wish. 10 days back a new delivery boy from the agency came to my house he was not in uniform, showed the bill of Dhanlakshmi gas agency and said to get the empty cylinder. My wife brought the cylinder, when she came to our door she was surprised seeing him inside our lobby. He approached to her and took the empty cylinder from her and started going. She questioned her where is the full cylinder. He replied it will be delivered later and tried snaching the bill from her. She was shocked and said him to stop and keep the empty cylinder but he did not listen and kept going she raised alarm all the neighbors and security came out. Seeing this hd feared and left the cylinder and ran. Suspecting him as thief we called police on 100 and gave a complain. I also gave complain on Bpcl corporate site and also on the tollfree number. But till date nor I have recived cylinder nor any call or correspondence from company or dealer side. I also visited their office to say abt the issues but the dealer nor a responsible person is available who could listen us. In fact their staff says it is their wish whom to give cylinder and whom not to. We were blackmailed saying I won't receive the cylinder in future also.

Am coustmer of Dhanlakshmi gas agency, Vepery, chennai. My consumer number is 0201, Always I face numerous problems with the agency. After many attempts I get my booking done and delivery is according to their wish. 10 days back a new delivery boy from the agency came to my house he was not in uniform, showed the bill of Dhanlakshmi gas agency and said to get the empty cylinder. My wife brought the cylinder, when she came to our door she was surprised seeing him inside our lobby. He approached to her and took the empty cylinder from her and started going. She questioned her where is the full cylinder. He replied it will be delivered later and tried snaching the bill from her. She was shocked and said him to stop and keep the empty cylinder but he did not listen and kept going she raised alarm all the neighbors and security came out. Seeing this hd feared and left the cylinder and ran. Suspecting him as thief we called police on 100 and gave a complain. I also gave complain on Bpcl corporate site and also on the tollfree number. But till date nor I have recived cylinder nor any call or correspondence from company or dealer side. I also visited their office to say abt the issues but the dealer nor a responsible person is available who could listen us. In fact their staff says it is their wish whom to give cylinder and whom not to. We were blackmailed saying I won't receive the cylinder in future also.

Sir, I have two cylinders of bharat at Madurai and Hp gas at chennai. So far, I have not received any letter for surrendering bharat gas. On seeing the newspaper, I have decided to surrender the bharat gas at Madurai. Though my son has gone for surrendering the same, the agency has asked for the owner. I plan to visit Madurai on 21.11.2012 and surrender the same. I request you to kindly accept the cylinders and regulator either now or on 21.11.2012.
