Dear Sir/Madam,

I have already booked my Gas Cylinder at 5th Aug 2011 but that is not deliver till now , So may i know what is the problem behind that & nobody(Bharat Gas Agency,Ghaziabad) is giving the proper response & every time they are not picking the phone .

So kindly Resolve the issue before any escalation in Bharat Gas (District Level)ASAP.

Dear Sir I booked my gas cylinder around 18 day (18/04/11) ago my cunsumer number is 27486 "Anand Gas Service" Badarpur New Delhi - 44. We have empty cylinder at this moment. Illigle gas cycliner availble in black market in Rs. 700 or 800 but we have not received within 18 days. Anand gas agency saying that we can book after 26 days from receiving the gas cyclinder. I have a Bharat Gas Connection (Single), I want to take another cylinder against my existing number & also want to register my mobile number for sms booking. Please note that my consumer no is 9211 & my mobile number is 9338483270

the service provided by the pune/pcmc bharat gas distributor is very very bad,the siddhi gas agency is the name of that agency, they declare that all the days in a week they are working but it is abserve that many time without informing they declare holiday and also the people mr rane is not responding well on phone call, initally the dilevery was too gud within 4-5 days after booking but now it takes more that 15-20 days for delivery which creats inconvinets situation n a major stress in life, so i request you to pls reduce the delivery time to 3-4 days after booking, it is also seen that afetr booking of one months yet the coustomer hv not got the dilvery and going in hotels fr more than a week.

I have written you earlier as well. I have booked a cylinder on 11/02/2011. still now i haven't received the same.
Could you please look in to the above as i am facing lot of problem.
I have fallen sick due to eating outside food, and all the medical claim should be taken care by BPCL.
If not then i have to knock the doors of consumer court.
Is there some black marketing going on as it more than 10 days i am calling the Dharavi agency people and they tell it will be delivered in the today.

You can also wtite your complaint online to bharat gas on their website.

I am the customer of Bharat Gas.
My autorised dealer Ashok Gas Service, shop no 13,14,15 Rama Krishna Complex Kapoorthla,Aligang Lucknow. His service is very poor. I book my cylinder at 3/2/2011 and he assure me to deliver me at 5th feb but they did not give delivery till now. when i phone him he promise to supply it at the same day but the did not do it. I Want New Gas Connection,At Jaitpur ,Badarpur,New Delhi-110044

I went to Gajanan gas Agency Pune for new connection but he forcing us to buy some of the articles out of the different products available with him.Products are like water purifier,Gas stove(hotplate),Vaccume cleaner or Hitonex(which is used for hot water purpose).If we pay for this he is ready to give connection in a day,after denying to pay for this he is forcing me to pay Rs. 250 for inspection and verification.Will you please guide us.
