Calcutta International School

Calcutta International School was established by Miss Barth in the year 1953. the school received its name as Calcutta International School in the year 1971. The school is managed by the Calcutta International School Society (CISS).

Calcutta International School is a British Council affiliated center London Examinations from Edexcel International. Calcutta International School offer ‘O’ level and ‘A’ level curricula for the students who are graduating. The streams available at Calcutta International School are Science, Humanities and Business. The school is open to admissions from kindergarten to ‘A’ level.

The students who mostly take admission in this school are the children of expatriates, foreign passport holders, NRIs and the local community. The school is known for the quality education and extra curricular activities.

Infrastructure facilities at Calcutta International School

The library of Calcutta International School has a wide range of books, periodicals, reference books, audio and video CD-ROMs and cassettes.
