Canara bank customer care had a very bad response to customers!! Sorry to say this but this is true!! I personally got frustrated when i spoke to 2 of the customer care executives of Canara bank customer care -bangalore for 2 reason when i had called querying my online account:- 1: they are not clear and are always in a hurry 2: they donot know how to respect the customers. Though we are calm they are so annoying!! is this the way!! m annoyed. Please get these kind of responses corrected asap!! This kind of a response is not going to fetch anything!! A seriously Annoyed and frustrated customer!

sorry for that gramatical mistake...It is not-"Canara bank customer care "had" a very bad response to customers!!" It is - "Canara bank customer care "has" a very bad response to customers on phone!!" Please consider this comment seriously if you really care for your customers. I suppose all other customers too agree with my comments!!

Dear sir I am an NRI, working in Dubai & having a NRI Account with your bank, Madurai Branch since 1992. Now a days, there is no response for any correspondence, eventhough, i have requested to send my account statement. Also 2 months ago,i had sent IRS. 40,000/- thro' the local exchange in Dubai as usual, but till date it doesn't credited in my account. I made a complaint in the local Exchange about this and they confirmed to me that it has been credited from here. Please confirm asap.

COMPLAINT: Respected Sir/ Madam, I'm holding an account in the Canara Bank in Ayyappankavu Branch Ernakulam, Kerala. I would like to say that I have also seen bank, but this bank will be the worst bank in providing their neccessary duties. I write this letter for the sake myself and from the behalf of the other depositors. Every time I come across many problems myself and the public. There is a limit for the public could handle. Every time i come across a very long que for depositing the money becuse of the way the staffs working. The bank should noot work for the staff's neccesities but for the depositers. I could always see the staffs with a phone in their hand talking unneccessary talks. They find the time to answer the phones but no tie to an elderly person who has been waiting there for hours. The staffs are always making lame excuses and always blaming the depositors. Comparing your bank with the other the srevice is the worst. People depost there because there is no banks near by. Staffs must be trained and more staffs must be appointed who can work hard. We do understand the problems a bank accountant is facing but still there is a limit. It can be proved to your eyes if you visit this bank once in working days. The staffs behavior is very bad to illetrate people and elderly people and new comers. Respected Sir, I am a central pensioner retired from Central PWD in the month of August, 1997. My pension account is with Canara Bank, Tripunithura Branch with A/c No:34— (PPO No:439519——). After my retirement I was drawing residual pension (pension amount left out after commutation) along with other allowances. My pay was committedfor 12 years and was ordered upto 24-03-2009 as shown in my pension book. Even after this date I was not drawing full pension and this was pointed out by representing to the bank authorities and on my request it was positively considered by the bank and the arrears since this date was credited by the bank to my pension account. But since 12/2010, the pension was again paid in the old rate (residual pension) and on pointing out this, the bank authorities informed that the pension cases are now dealt with Bangalore instead of Trivandrum and all the records regarding pension are shifted from Trivandrum to Bangalore. So you are kindly requested to look into this matter and necessary instructions may please be issued to the concerned Bank authorities dealing with the pension case at Bangalore to rectify this discrepancy and credit the amount paid short in my above account. I am running short of money due to my bad health and so expecting an early response.
