Consumer Disputes Redressal Agencies in India

  • Establishment of consumer Dispute Redressal Agencies.

There shall be established for the purpose of this act, the following agencies, namely:-

  • A consumer dispute Redressal forum to be known as the ‘district forum ‘established by the state Government in each district of the state by notification:
  • A consumer disputes Redressal commission to be known as the ‘state commission’ established by the state government in the state by notification; and
  • A national consumer disputes Redressal commission established by the central government by notification.

Hello agency. I ordered a DNA newspaper online on 24 dec 2012 (receipt no 6386). However I have not received the paper yet. They are not responding to me on mail, but instead every time I write to them, they ask someone to call me and pacify me. But STILL i do not get the newspaper. I am fed up of their service. How can i get my money back? The annual charge that i paid them is Rs 500. I have my account statement and a receipt as evidence of this payment
