I am a student studying in Bangalore, and i stay in PG.
I have the following documents
voter ID from my native place( in karnataka)
residence proof(ID card) for my native place.
DOB certificate,
and educational documents,
But i dont have residence proof for my hostel as i stay in PG, and owner doesnt have any agreement or any papers for documens.

I have not done my ssc I did my 9th standard and after that I gave dr.ambedkar open university entrance test got passed in to which was said to be equivalent to 10+2 and after that o did my graduation...now after submitting my gradution degree also I got ECR stamp why??
