Eligibility Criteria via DVPC for a Dubai Visa:
A) Travel Records: If the applicant for Dubai visa from India had travelled to any of the countries like US. UK, European nations, schengen nations in the last 5 years at least one time or having a valid visa to any of these nations need to exhibit the copy of the passport pages for the proof
B) Financial Records: If the applicant had never travelled to the above mentioned nations, last 2 years income tax return or form 16 with a minimum gross income of 2Lakh INR. The document of proof could be original + copy of the form 16, tax returns and the copy of the pan card
C) Invitation from immediate family member residing in Dubai on a family status: Passport copy and residence visa copy of the host, invitation letter.
D) Repeat Passengers: If the person had visited Dubai 3 times in the last two years, a proof to show the entry and exit visa stamps.
E) Additional documents are required for the below criteria:
• Student traveling alone to UAE without parents or guardian need to present the NOC letter from parents. With ID card copies of the guardian or the parents. Hotel details or address of stay in UAE.
• Newly married couple traveling immediately after marriage need to present marriage certificates, marriage invitation cards and NOC from parents with photo id proof.
