I have given more than 20 calls to your Service Centre for technician at Chandigarh, Punch Kula & Zirakpur (for 2nd Service), but they has not sent any technician. After 3 months long waiting, they told, please register your complain at 022 39883333, i.e. EUROHELPLINE. When I called euro helpline they told that they can’t help me please call Delhi no. 011 39883333, When I register a complain no. 68201952 on 14 Sept. 2012, he told it will done within 24 hours. But one call came from Mr Parveen Eureka Forbes Zirakpur and assurance that service will be provide soon, After that again many calls to Mr Parveen, Finally two person came after one month wait, they saw the system from outside, & informed us that he will come tomorrow but not turn up, When again calls he is no reply. I have again calls at Delhi no. 011 39883333 on 07 Nov, 09 Nov, 14 Nov & 22 Nov 2012 but no action has been taken by the Co. or Service centre. I have raised the first request pertaining to servicing of filter(Reviva) on 13th May, 2014.After that got a call from delegated agent and he asked me about the detail.As after the talk he came to know that it may require some replacement of filter parts, he started saying same is not available right now.Initially, it looked like he is ignoring but even after repeated(almost daily) follow up there is no response .Even the call center folks guided me couple of occasion to call some higher management guy by providing the cell no.Not sure, whether this job should be done by them or me but even i called them, they were none responsive. I purchased aqua sure Ivory DX on 16-04-2011. After the expiry of one year’s warranty the unit started creating problem. I went for a service contract from 14-04-13, receipt no. is 22002137 on yearly basis and am still under its cover. But inspite of that my problems persist. The switch button does not work properly about which I've been complaining this more than a year. The service engineer neither has repaired it nor changed and recently it even broke. I am not being able to use the device ever since. Also the alarm of the device keeps coming up, inspite of regular filter change, often even from the immediate day after change stopping water flow. I am very disappointed with the service and require immediate help.

The customer complaint response of Ureka Forbes is VERY BAD. I am suffering since from 2014 when i took an AMC for 3 years on persuasions by Ureka Forbes local service provider. They even not respond to written complaints per mail. I have lodged a complaint on 25-06-15 for fault in the water purifier which not yet resolved nor any of the service providers call on me till date (02-07-15)
