GoAir Airlines

INTRODUCTION

GoAir Airlines was introduced on June, 04. GoAir Airlines is a low cost airline. It has its bases in Mumbai, India where it serves 11 cities with 385 weekly flights. In Mumbai it has its main base in Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport. On 9th June, 05 the GoAir Airlines declared that on October, 05 a launch operation is to be carried out with a fleet of 20 leased Airbus 320 Aircraft. The airbuses were to be launched in two steps.

Later it was announced that on mid January, 07, 10 airbuses would be sold for raising funds.
Wadia group, owners of Bombay Dyeing and Britannia Industries, owns GoAir Airlines. GoAir Airlines appears in green, blue, pink and orange.

The destinations of GoAir Airlines in India are listed below with their airports:

  • Guwahati - Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport
2.Chandigarh
  • Chandigarh - Chandigarh Airport
3.Delhi
  • Indira Gandhi International Airport Hub

  • Vasco da Gama - Dabolim Airport
