Sir, My consumer No 608160 Goa , I have experienced your distributor Talkar gas services Porvorim Goa is a useless unreliable service u have appointed. I mahesh agrawal having connection from H.P.gas -Delar name AGNI GAS AGENCY -INDORE.MY CONSUMER NO.613588.Lsat night my gas regulator got bust at 9.p.m.on 11.8.2011.In the early morining on 12.08.2011 when i contact my delar he says the regulator is not in stock as and when it will come pleasecome and collect. when i got very hard with the agency please take my demage regulator and inform me then he has noted the my no.and says contact on 16.08.2011 if it comes.How one can without gas on the fastival of RAKHI??????????.I thing it is a emergency service.one shuold replace the regulator with immediatly.Your agency people are co operative c.c.to noreply@consumercomplaints.in

I have come on transfer from Nagpur to Kolkata. I transferred my gas connection to Kolkata and submitted all my papers to my dealer. They took about a week to verify the case and after that they gave me the regulator and said that within a couple of days 2 filled up cylinders will reach my residence. To my astonishment 10 days have passed and till date I did not get my cylinder. The dealer does not even bother to pick up the landline telephone when I ring up. Even on a saturday customer care of HP gas do not attend calls. I do not what type of mess it is and when shall I get out of the mess.

Dear sir/Madam, If any body wants to escalate to the Area Manager regarding some issue on not receiving satisfactory resolution on the complaints given, email and address has to be provided in each area in the screen of complaint/feed back will be good instead of giving the email Id of distributor because distributor almost will be nearer to the residents of the particular area.

I had booked the refilling of cylinder on 4th Jan 2012 and also booked one more time on 7th Feb 2012 through your centralized Customer care no 9092223456. Last week we had tried to contact the same No to find the status of my booking and i got computerized voice " Your Booked Date on 7th Feb 2012 and gas will be delivered on 7 Mar2012" and also waiting for the same date.Today i had tried to find the status for the same through Customer care no 9092223456 and got computerized voice " Your Booked Date on 3rd March2012 and will be delivered at shortly".Past 3days before i got the SMS in Mobile booked cylinder was despatched. What about the status of my booking on 7th Feb 2012. I have problem with this agency because the phone are always busy, if the ladies take the phone they are not ready to hear the customer. Dear Sir / Madam, we have booked our new cylinder on 30/3/2012 valid booking no -220345 , consumer no - 612364 ,but till date we havent recieved the same. Also dealer is not answering calls even after trying many days n times . We need to book additional cylinder also , but they are not accepting the same, this is happening from the recent strike. We have two kids going to school and we are working , we dont have enough time to follow up , even we follow the dealers are rude in answering , they are not customer friendly . This is not the first time i am facing this problem past 1 year we suffered a lot. Not only me lot of persons belongs to that agency suffered a lot for our basic needs. We could not bear it with children having at home to feed them. Also problem with this agency is phone is always busy, the persons are not ready to hear us also. Dear All, My Consumer number 628918 .This is my third complaint about Savitha gas agency,Adambakkam,chennai. I have booked a cylinder on 25th March , but still now i didn't get the cylinder, but i have received the message the cylinder has been dispatched. I have asked in the Savitha gas agencies all staffs behave like rowdily and i have informed them , shall i complain to HP , they told nobody will not do anything and scold in bad words. I am consumer of HP from last 2 years. From first month, I am facing this type of problem. I am getting my cylinder after 15-20 days of the booking of the connection. And this is happing every time. When we are asking for the reason of late then they talked very rudely. We have to visit atleast 2-3 time to the distribution center. What we found that these guys are selling out the cylinder on double rate in the market.if anybody says i will make complaint against you in the hp then that guy told nobody can do anything against me. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with every consumer of HP (in this area). I have taken a gas connection 615972 from Smurtigas (dealer code no.958890)at Bhubaneswar.This connection is blocked.I have gone twice to the dealer to obtain the KYC form but the dealer is telling us that the form have been given for print.Today he informed that it will take two more days to get the form the printer.The last date for KYC form submission is 15th of this month.Please not that the dealer is collecting money for supplying one book and plastic folder against payment without explaining any reason for such action.They are also not giving any receipt for the same as they cannot justify.May I bring to your notice that there is long Q for filing the KYC form and there is only one counter and the man behind the counter is slow and unresponsive.If this is the situation it is not possible to file the KYC by the dead line.Can you please clarify if a person is not a position furnish the KYC detail before the dead line for whatever reason the blocking remains for ever.Please take adequate steps to facilitate the customer to file their KYC.

I and my Husband have been trying to fetch a new gas connection for three months now. We stay in Madeenaguda, so first time in the lack of knowledge, we went to some agency which was near Gawchibowli and was almost 20kms from our house. After doing all the paper works and formalities we got to know that this agency does not deliver cylinders in Madeenaguda so they suggested us to visit the BHEL branch.Even after confirming twice and thrice from them, and after covering those 20kms (till our house) + 7 kms (to BHEL) for our surprise we got to know that this agency too does not deliver cylinders in Madeenaguda and we had to visit Kukatpally (again almost 10kms from BHEL). It was already 5 in the evening by then and the working day was almost over. So,we could not even apply for a gas cylinder that day. The thing is that we both are working and its difficult for us to fetch time within the week for such things apart from Saturdays still my husband took a half day three times and visited the Ratna Gas Agency in Kukatpally and this fellow sitting over there is not ready to accept our documents and all the time he claims that IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE DOCUMENTS WHILE APPLYING FOR A GAS CYLINDER,ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS TO CALL AND CONFIRM IF THERE WILL BE ANY NEW CONNECTION YOU WILL GET ONE IMMEDIATELY. My husband has been frequently visiting and calling the agency for last three months now but nothing positive has turned up. Instead,we are loosing our patience now. When we discussed it with our friends the thing we got to know was really annoying. We got to know from many friends of ours that the best way to apply for a cylinder is through an agent. One of the friends even shared that when he was trying for a new Gas connection the same happened with him and he, on somebody's suggestion, tried to get it through an agent and he said I was shocked to see that the fellow who was telling me for a month that there are no new connections in the present scenario gave the agent one in a split of seconds. We are buying a cylinder in black at the price of Rs.800 per month which has now turned to be 1200 because of the frequent change in the price. It is the mockery of not just this single department but the whole system. Please take a strict step immediately or I will knock the doors of all the higher authorities to sue these corrupted souls.
