I am having an hp gas connection in Vikas Nagar Kanpur from Valmiki Gas Agency. I booked the cylinder on time, but they could not be delivery of gas at home. Complaint Type Non-Home Delivery of Refill Cylinder *
Subject Undue delay in refill delivery for more than 21 days.
Message I booked for refilling on 16 -08-11 and booking number given was 1938. Even after reminding in person on 18-01-10 and over phone on 20-01-10 refill was not delivered till . But other distributors in the city supply refill in 3 days.
Whenever I booked the refilling, I’m promised that the gas will be delivered on time....but never....i have to make several calls to remind them about the delivery...they would say today evening will be delivered or tomorrow.. that never happen...and the saddest thing is that the phone lines will be always engaged...engaged not because they pick up the phone...but they will never picked up the phone..this is very disappointing..
They should think that how a person can survive with his family including
little children also without gas. please requested you are that take action immediate.

With due regards here by inform you that I bidyut Kr. sarkar residance in bokar (chas) , I have a hp gas connection and I transfered my connection from midnapur (wb) to Bokaro (chas) but no one able to guide (hp gas agency) in Chas or Bokaro what to do for further process no body wants to take response what to do, so sir I'm very sorry to say that we are suffring in this regards kindly look this matter urgently . This is really not a good thing about HP Gas which is under Governmet of India . pl.. do the response as soon as possible as well as they have no home delevery response.

They informed me that fill the form in proper way and submit it . our staff will visit your mentioned site and after enquiry we will issue new connection . at this juncture in my point of view they are right . But i want to know that those gas cylinders supplying to Nepal by any means have beem enquired by your esteem staff or the related office staff .

The Cycle man who supplies Gas cylinder in Arambag Area New Delhi. He is providing less gas to consumers. He thept gas in route before reaching to customer. I caught him many time, he told that I belong to navyug agency as well as I also know that fact.Before taking any step I want to inform you must first once please. Take action against him earliest. If any customer is not taking gas for long time he self made demad and made it black. False booking he made and taking advantage who are not taking gas for long time. please enquire the matter and take action at your end please.
