On receipt of KYC, I approached the branch counters, who advised me to change the status of your NRI account to NRO, and I completed the documentation. In inquired whether my time deposits will be affected, the confirmed me no, it will transfer as it is only the status will be changed, and the maturity dates will be same only thing I will be benefitted by extra Interest they confirmed. Yesterday, I received your two advices informing me that you have levied Penalty of Rs. 17,770.027 & Rs. 13,715.01 (Total 31,485.28). Kindly arrange to reverse the entry and credit to my account.
I worked with SABB or almost 23 years, and particularly I asked your staff about my TMD, they said just it will be shifted as it is.

Since from last month iam facing problems with that. I have lost my Debit card in june and i have request for new card on 12th June 2012 and i got the debit card and dindt recive the Pin for every 2 3 days iam calling to customer care but their is for no use. the only one answer i am getting is that they have dispatch and i will be deliver. it almost one month i didnt recive... I have taken a personal loan in 2006 january. That is for an amount of 150000/- INR at Hyderabad - somajiguda branch. EMI is 3809 per month *60. 2012 january that was completed.
