iam using hathway internet since ayear. service is worst regularly i call customer care they say service down in your area. this is a regular word and they say that it will be solved within 3to4 hours. i dont know why hathway has become worst and not caring for customers.

I agree. Hathway ia the worst. They don't invest in hardware. In my area which suffers a lot of powercuts, hathway does not invest in an inverter. They simply refuse to move beyond a 10min backup UPS. Apart fron thus, the nodal officer us shameless, unavailabile and lacks knowledge.

I using hathway company cable network. Pooja cable providing the cable network. Cable network is very worst. 15 days it is in a month it is showing your stbof box is not receiving singal. I complained that but pooja cable service provider telling me, main phook wala baba nahi hu theek ho jayega. But whole day cable network showing unable yo receive singal..

will hathway rethink about their seriousness of doing business, their phone numbers are forever engaged, if you manage to get through you are just redirected to another set of phone numbers.

From the 4th of Feb my net is not working,complains of no use.I am waisting my time and money and my phonecalls holding for 15-20 mints.The people who sit there cannot understand english.I know how my children stuidies are effected. When I wrote to the billing about my compensation till today there is no reply,because my billing due date is on 24th Feb. Even last June my line was not working for almost one and a half month (NO COMPENSATION) Please donot waist your money on hathway because it is one of the worst NET CONNECTION.I am using hathway for 3 years.

On 17th Dec-2012 I get Hathway broadband connection. Now since yesterday (38 hrs.)it is completely down. Called to customer care but no luck, very disappointed with this service.

I am experiencing the worst support system ever with no decency towards clients requests and followups I had logged a ticket on 5-Mar-2013, ticket no: 9999683129 for simple reconnection. I have availed hathway cable tv services with set up box at 13 HARISH SIKDAR PATH KOLKATA:- 700012. Today(05.04.2013) the person from the service provider behaved rudely with me. He even tried to create violence with me. Are we customers or we got to be scared of your service provider. I do hope hathway will mail me at my email id in this regard. Also lot of channels like MTV CHANNEL, also lot of other channels are not provided by the service provider.

Digital cable Service at its worst. Right from LCO to Customer Care, nobody knows how to resolve issues. If Hathway wants to run their services through most inefficient and irresponsible LCOs, may God bless them. Amen!

When i am calling the local cable operator (Sayali Cable) which runs cable in my area in Mukund Nagar, P.L.Lokhande marg, Rahul Chawl Rno: 4 Chembur-89.
