sir, I purchased one Glamour bike dated on 09/01/11.model no-GLRKDRS/CBK. from Dutta Automobiles Pvt Ltd,Banachity,Durgapur-713213.W.B. I am fashing a mazore problem which is cylencer pipe over heted after 2 or 3 k.m.running. I complaind at service centre from the time of 1st surviceing.They can not solved my problem. They replied that is manufacutring problem in this modle. I am not satisfied their replied.so pl take a need full acition as soon as possible.

Hence, it is requested that my complaint may be forwarded to M/s Khanna Automobiles for whom the ID is being used by Bikers Automobiles at H-3, Block, Vikas Puri, New Delhi

Sir,I have purchased a hero honda passion pro(APDV) in 14 November 2010, still 3 service has over after 2 service my bike was not gave the pick-up something 15 days after 15 days suddenly my bike was not start on the way from kick or self so we gone to near auto gaurage and explained the problem so that person told your spark plug has short, then we have gone to Jaydeep Auto Hero Hoda showroom in Vadodara which is the my purchased agencis for third service and told all my problem and bike has handed over to Jaydeep auto after two days servicing we have received the bike and check the issue but no problem found. as per discussed Jaydeep supervisor told me some tunning problem and cleaning of spark plug was done in servicing. But after 20 Km runnig the bike same problem has found and my bike was not start on the way at a time of riding. so kindly suggest what i will do.

Hi I had bought a Hero Honda CD DLX, frame no. MBLHA11ER49K - 16355 from authorised dealer Hindustan Auto Agency, Bus Stand, Po - Chas, Bokaro Steel City on 05.11.2010. During the 5th servicing of the motorcycle in 2011, I noticed that the Black Cat alarming device was not working. Since it was under 1-year guarantee period, I claimed for a replacement at the Hindustan Auto Agency service station. The service staff of the Agency told me to come later and check as the device was unavailable then. I went back to them to get a replacement of the same device which was due in the 5th servicing session on 02.10.2011. However, they replaced the Black Cat device on my motorcycle with an old repaired device available in their stock and during this process of mounting the replacement, due to unskilled labour, they DAMAGED the entire Electric Circuit of my motorcycle. The whole electric circuit and the wiring of the motorcycle was burnt, which they later taped around to cover the damage. And because the entire wiring is affected, the indicators/blinkers of the motorcycle, lights and the device alarm -- all are damaged. The blinkers don't work properly. Now I want the entire damaged WIRING KIT to be REPLACED with a NEW WIRING KIT. All this has caused due to CHEAP, UNSKILLED LABOUR of the Hindustan Auto Agency and NEGLIGENCE of the Manager. As if this was not all, the Manager of the authorised dealer MISBEHAVED with me & many other customers in line. Further, I can furnish a copy of the receipt wherein details of the replaced Black Cat device could be matched with.

respected sir when i go to purchase yr hero honda moterbike yr delear attitude is not nice and say there are lots of person come to purchase this type of irrisponcible reply i got. but i want to purchase hero honda mote cycle. so i got it. if i see yr dealer nature i never purchase this motorcycle. i have pruchase passion pro motor cycle on 22.01.2011 from your authorised dealer of hero honda motors ltd., vimco automobilies n.h. no 8 bharuch 3920011 whose phone no is 02642231519/231520. have to pay to purchase yr motorcycle 54000/- when i see the price from yr bill i saw with rto and insurance there is only 520000/- why this different i got registration book after 4 months why i got all the paper after 3 to 4 months why when i saw in the books there is disk in from tyre but when i take delivery of the bike there is no disk why this authorised dealer is on highway and far away from bharuch around 7 to 10 km.if i want to go for service i have to go 7 to 10 km from bharuch city. one more thing some time this dealer said for service some other day or next day. then customer harrased. when i have taken the delivery from yr authorised dealer, when i come out from the gate and after one km drive there is no petrol in yr new metor bike. i push more then 3 km uuto petrol pump. when i meet anybody they laughted on me. what a seen. new bike and i pused. this type of yr delear service. one more my complain is that yr dealer charged money for changing oil.inspite of mentioned in yr coupen that replace oil is free. then why taking charge in this free coupen there is mention that polish entire free then also take charge from cutomer why ? my other complain is that the delear service is not satisfactory because when i go for 3rd sevice they only wash. but not inspect anything. my back tyre is free before service but after come out from delear showroom when i brack the tyre stick. when i complain the meckenic he tole me to repaire out side. how sad ! i m so may tired what is this ? i m so many harrased at the time of service.. yr authorised dealer has not doing proper service they not make service as mention in coupon why i have very service complain against this dealer and about his service pl do the need full. my details are below IQBAL A VORA ADVOCATE AND NOTARY B/6/2, NATIONAL PARK SOCIETY BEHIND SALAM MASJID JAMBUSAR BY PASS CHOWKDI BHARUCH-392001 GUJARAT INDIA MOBILE NO 09824342200

Because in my Bike i found two major issue i.e 1. 1st Gear is hanged when it is changed to neutral. 2. Engine oil is leaking. And according to your Service Station man, he is asking me to work on Engine to remove this problem.How can i allow them to work on newly manufactured engine.If there is any fault in this peace than do tell me what should Hero Honda is going to take action.Because if your company is not capable to delivered 100% tolerance free bike, than why you guys are committing it. Sir I have purchased Hero Honda Glamour from cheran motors. I am so satisfied with the bike and dealer. But when the first service I given to other service centre near my native place, Attingal, the response was very poor. They even avoid water service. The attitude was so poor. pls. take initial actions against the service centre.

Sir My Name is Suresh sasi purchased glamour from cheran motors Tvpm. kerala. The experiance was excellent with both bike and dealer. But the real problem i faced when first service come. I had given the bike to Atiingal Hero motors, Mandooran Complex, Kacheri Junction Attingal. They are so rude behaviour, and not ready water service. custmer relation was poor. My bike number is KL-01 H 1363. Sir pls. take necessary action against the dealer. It is not single person problem. All of the attingal hero honda owners facing. Sorry to be hard but my this experience is very bad. Because in my new Bike i found one major manufacturing fault (Engine oil is leaking) And according to your dealer Bikes Auto Service Station man (Mr.Narendra Patel – 09662302052), he is asking me to come later on first service I can work on Engine to remove this problem. This time I agree as per your service man and after sum time i was give bike for first service, but after servicing they can not solved my problem . During first service to third service I was visited to your service station (Bikes Auto) minimum 5 to 6 time regarding this Engine oil is leaking problem but They can not solved my problem. If there is any manufacturing fault in this piece than do tell me what should Hero Honda is going to take action.
