Sir,I have purchased a hero honda passion pro(APDV) in 14 November 2010, still 3 service has over after 2 service my bike was not gave the pick-up something 15 days after 15 days suddenly my bike was not start on the way from kick or self so we gone to near auto gaurage and explained the problem so that person told your spark plug has short, then we have gone to Jaydeep Auto Hero Hoda showroom in Vadodara which is the my purchased agencis for third service and told all my problem and bike has handed over to Jaydeep auto after two days servicing we have received the bike and check the issue but no problem found. as per discussed Jaydeep supervisor told me some tunning problem and cleaning of spark plug was done in servicing. But after 20 Km runnig the bike same problem has found and my bike was not start on the way at a time of riding. so kindly suggest what i will do.

Hi I had bought a Hero Honda CD DLX, frame no. MBLHA11ER49K - 16355 from authorised dealer Hindustan Auto Agency, Bus Stand, Po - Chas, Bokaro Steel City on 05.11.2010. During the 5th servicing of the motorcycle in 2011, I noticed that the Black Cat alarming device was not working. Since it was under 1-year guarantee period, I claimed for a replacement at the Hindustan Auto Agency service station. The service staff of the Agency told me to come later and check as the device was unavailable then. I went back to them to get a replacement of the same device which was due in the 5th servicing session on 02.10.2011. However, they replaced the Black Cat device on my motorcycle with an old repaired device available in their stock and during this process of mounting the replacement, due to unskilled labour, they DAMAGED the entire Electric Circuit of my motorcycle. The whole electric circuit and the wiring of the motorcycle was burnt, which they later taped around to cover the damage. And because the entire wiring is affected, the indicators/blinkers of the motorcycle, lights and the device alarm -- all are damaged. The blinkers don't work properly. Now I want the entire damaged WIRING KIT to be REPLACED with a NEW WIRING KIT. All this has caused due to CHEAP, UNSKILLED LABOUR of the Hindustan Auto Agency and NEGLIGENCE of the Manager. As if this was not all, the Manager of the authorised dealer MISBEHAVED with me & many other customers in line. Further, I can furnish a copy of the receipt wherein details of the replaced Black Cat device could be matched with.

But when the first service I given to other service centre near my native place, Attingal, the response was very poor. They even avoid water service. The attitude was so poor. pls. take initial actions against the service centre.

I had given the bike to Atiingal Hero motors, Mandooran Complex, Kacheri Junction Attingal. They are so rude behaviour, and not ready water service. custmer relation was poor. Dear Sir, I have purchased Hero Honda Passion Pro on 17th October, 2011 from Kumar Motors, vadodara. After 1st service I have observed that there is a leakage of oil from an engine. I raised this complaint and gave it to service station. They changed oil seal to resolve the leakage problem but till date there is no improvement. During every service I raise this complaint and even I gave my bike to service station for more than 10 times but they are unable to resolve the problem. When I had heated argument with them regarding this complaint they gave me answer that Kumar Motors are not manufacturer of Hero Honda bikes, go and complaint to Hero Honda company.

Hi, I have booked for hunk on 28th dec 2012. They told it is required more than one month to get the vehicle, and I have payed 20000 and told me that pay rest of the amount at the time of delivery. I got a call from them on jan end, and they are asked the rest of the amount, but they DID not tell about the delivery. Next week I went there, I thought vehicle is ready to deliver just pay and get it. But when I went there they told they sold it for soemone else .Meed to wait 10 more days, and told me to pay the amount that time. I had 20 000 by cash and rest of the amount by credit card. Then they said, their card swiping machine is under repair cant accept card. I wenat again by next week (feb 21) and payed 76100. But still I DID not get vehicle, they wont attend the pone calls, when I go there shop was closed. Latr I called customer care, they told that normally for hunk in chennai, it can be delivered with in two three days, but I still waiting for that from december 28th onwards. I want a very urgent solution for this. I will buy it from any other dealer. Please update as soon as possible. Nowdays the showroom is closed, I heard that owner is facing money issues, what should I do? need to inform police / Any hero moto corp officers??? plz help me.. Hi, I have booked for hunk on 29th dec 2012.I live in Bicholim GOA. I wanted the bold brown coloured Hunk,but the dealer told that the colour is not available and will require 2 months to arrive.So i decided to book the panther black coloured hunk.I paid 10,000 cash for booking and the dealer told that i will recieve my bike in 15 days time.Till now I am hearing the same response from the dealer.Now the dealer i saying that there is no dispatch from the company and he can't do anything about this. I am not sure that is that really the problem and if it was the dealer should have told it while booking the bike and not now.Two days ago the dealer told that a blazing red coloured bike is available.I believe it is the customers choice to select the colours not the dealers to sell any available coloured bikes or force customer to buy them. Please look into this matter seriously as I not getting good response from the dealer

To, Hero Moto Corp, Dear Sir/Madam, We bought a pleasure two wheeler on 29/11/11 from M/s. Nagappa Auto, Anna Nagar East, with lot of hurdles, After so many complaints and argumentswith Show Room Manager Mr. David, they corrected it. Before the first service, we identified that there is a oil leak from engine. Immediately that has been arrested by M/s. Nagappa auto along with first free service on warranty. Since I am residing at Thiruverkadu, chennai - 77, I chose M/s. GRM Motors for second free service. Today I left my vehicle at GRM for IInd Free Service. JOB Card No. 6135. As per their service booking ledger my vehicle is no.2. In the Job Card they have mentioned 5.00PM is the delivery time. Since we have school going childern and some other reason, we requested them to deliver the vehicle at least by 4.00 PM. They accepted and asked us to come by 3.30 PM. Till the time they have not attended repair works in my vehicle which was mentioned by us in the job card today morning (Engine oil change, Water wash, Brake shoe cleaning, Problem in Brake light). After our presence only they are doing the oil change, water wash, Brake adjustments and they forgot to correct the breake light in the tail. At last they given the vehicle at 4.30PM. (Please note with in one hour time) Due to some unavoidable pressure in our side we did not check properly and came to residence. While driving the vehicle from GRM Motors to my residence we found noise from rear brake shoe and brake light not glowing. When I called them for the same once I reached home. They asked me to come tomorrow to sort out these issues. Here I want to know one thing who will spare my time and money and petrol due to these type of activities. What they are doing in the free service. I think, for the Name shake they inward, clean the vehicle and handed over to customers. Whether intentionally Heromotorcorporation informed these instruction to all the service centres or they themself created the instructions like this. I really fedup and upset with your service from beginning of the vehicle purchase. Because of the earlier problom with (M/s. Nagappa Auto, Annanagar West) Hero Honda I switched from Splendur to Honda Twister. I can say vehicle is good but the service is poor. This is third instance in my life. To, Hero Moto Corp, Dear Sir/Madam, I Rakesh Yadav want to draw your attention towards the ploblems I am experiencing since I bought Hero Honda Hunk bike ( Motor Cycle registration number is DL13SK 2440, Model-2011 HUNK ) from Himgiri showroom in Krishna Nagar, Delhi. Just after a couple of days I bought the bike, engine oil started leaking from the engine. I informed service center about it while every service. Now even after nine services from your service center, not only my problem remains the same, but it is getting more and more worse after each service. Morever, just after first service, engine started making noice and even after constant complaint, the only result I have got is more horrible sound than ever from engine. After few months of using bike, electronic speed meter stopped working and service center refused to change it though everything was under warranty and meter was physically O.K. Only aftre a long argument they accepted that meter is under warranty and then they changed it. Since very begining I have to get air filled again and again in front tyre. Don't know whether the tyre is leaking from inside. Both the shockers are leaking as well. Warranty date of my bike is 8/4/2012. I have get all my services done from your APEX Service Center in Patparganj Industrial Area, East Delhi. Regarding this issue I have already sent you a mail informing you about my this problem. In reply of that mail, you assured me that you will contact me soon, but on one from your company has contacted yet. I request you to look into this matter to resolve this issue. Sir, I purchased a Hero Honda Passion Pro bike in the year 13/09/2010 from Janram Automobiles Near Niza auditorium , Kottarakkara Kollam (Dist), Kerala. It has covered only 6000Km end it shows Black smoke from silence . I complained it in the showroom and given it has at the free service time but they said it has no complaints and returned to me .But after that also it shows smoke and I given it to the showroom at the time the free service period has ended(13300 Km). They repaired it and given to me but after one weak it shows smoke and again I given to the showroom on 17/03/2012 and when I enquired at they are saying to enquire next day,next day and not received yet .So you given me a new bike otherwise I will move legally. Battery have been changed / theft by Service centre during service on 7.9.2011 or 13.9.2011 which is in warrentee period and passed time for 18 months which is not a good prctice.this practice is adverse effect for sale of pleasurse bike.Co have to replaced the battery otherwise customer may go to file FIR against service centre
