Another dual Sim mobile from HS18 Wespro 902532981 has similar problem, not retaining charge.Home shop is such a hyped site why can't they take back these two batteries and replace with new ones? Dear sir/mam I am writing this mail with deep grief sir, I have Purchase 8 GB Pen drive Order No.909709907 For home shop 18 but it did not work after 1 month.I registered complaint about malfunctioning of pen drive after that a coupon off 500 rupees has been offered to me against my pen drive.When i have gone for using that coupon.I have been told buy home shop 18 that my coupon has already used.When i ask for the details of purchase against that coupon they do not give me any details.Noe they are saying that i can avail the coupon only offer a purchase off 3000 rupees.But i only want to use my 500 rupees coupon.I am very much frustrated with unsporting attitude from your customer care department.Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible other wise i will lodge complaint against home shop 18 in consumer court. Dear sir, This is regarding my micromax A77 which I have shopped from HomeShop18 on line retail store. Invoice no:- TARA757071 Invoice date:- 30.11.2013 Order no:- 934802685 Order date:- 29.11.2013 Sub order no:- 67704605 Dispatch through ARAMEX courier Received date:- 03.12.2013 1) On 6th I have purchased a memory card and inserted in the phone and came to know that mobile is not detecting the memory card. To verify this, I have inserted another memory card and confirmed its not working. 2) I went to Micromax customer care center they have suggest a replace and advised to call HomeShop18. 3) I have called HomeShop18 customer care from there itself and the customer representative assured me replace and told me that courier person will come and collect the defective phone from your place. 4) On 7th, I have called customer care to know about the status, and the representative gave me complaint no.91910603 and assured that courier person will pick up the defective phone within 72hrs. 5) Meanwhile micromax customer care representative told me to bring bill, box and all accessories so that they will pack it properly so that there want be any transit damage. 6) On 9th dec, entire picture became worst, HomeShop18 has bluntly denied to replace the phone and asked to go to micromax customer care and avail warranty. 7) I went to micromax customer care center and they have asked me about some stickers which comes pasted on the box, they found two “B” and “C” stickers but sticker “A” was missing. So, they have clearly told that without “A” sticker they will not be able to issue DOA letter which is needed for replacement from company. 8) I have also escalated the matter to regional manager of micromax Mr.Rajput, he also told the same thing and also informed that even HomeShop18 sends you the “A” sticker still they will not issue DOA letter because, the DOA letter should be issued with in the 7 days of the receipt of the phone. 9) Then I have explained the entire story 3 times to HomeShop18 customer representative, then their supervisor Ms.Nalini talked to me and assured me the resolution by today 5pm, but as expected she didn’t revert. 10) So, I have called up again and enquire about the status and about Ms.Nalini, but as expected she didn’t came over phone and the representative asked me to wait 24 hrs more. i.e.tomorrow till 5 pm (10.12.2013 5pm) See, how we, customers are being treated in the real world.
