The Hotel Manager– Candidates should be efficient and responsible. Should be able of controlling the guests, finances, house-keeping, food quality, decoration and interiors. In short the hotel manager has to keep in mind all the responsibilities of the hotel.

The front office – Candidates should have a pleasing personality. The front officer has to welcome the guests, manage and supervise the information clerk, reservation clerk, bell boy, bell captain etc.

F&B or Food and Beverage – This department include the works of culinary unit, steward department and food service department.

Restaurant and food service manager – Managers are responsible for the stocks and table wares, linens and paper wares. The duties also include furniture supplies and fixtures cleaning.

Housekeeping – The housekeeping department looks after lounges, lobby, restaurants, dining halls etc.

Executive housekeepers – The executive housekeepers maintain the cleanliness and order of the public areas.

Marketing department – the sales and the marketing department identify the needs of customers and make packages suiting their requirements.
