How to Register Club?
Registration of club is a mandatory thing to be done before actually playing with the club. There are certain procedures to be followed to register club and it includes certain requirements to be satisfied. Days for registration of clubs will be normally open from the month of February and April each and every year. Certain forms have to be signed and require the submission of certain other documents at the time of registration. These clubs can also be registered as training session.
To register clubs for the first time, the following details are to provided at the time of contacting the respective club location. It includes the name of the person, date of birth, when the person or child has played before at any other club, then in formations such as the team which they prefer to play with, name of the parent and the contact phone number and email id are to be provided.
There are certain policies and procedures developed by the committee to register clubs and this has been created for managing the club properly and efficiently. There are some important things to be remembered by the players too. The registration for the club and players has to be done previously before actually starting to play. Because this registration act as a proof of evidence for age, out of age requests, clearance from the other clubs and payment of the fees.
Under the registration for clubs, the mission statement specifies the values, goals and the principles that lie under the various operations of the club. The policies and procedures are requested to be followed by each and every one of the club including the parents, players, coaches and even the officials if they wish to register clubs. If found any misbehavior which are inconsistent with the values and goals of the clubs, then club has full rights to suspend the player, parent and even coach and officials who ever it may be.
