How to apply for duplicate Employment Exchange card?

To choose a better career for students as well as for youth seeking employment the Employment Exchange has organised various programmes. To educate the youths abut a better career prospect A & N Administrations from various departments are invited to provide career talks. All these career talks acts as guideline fiving them information on employment outlook, responsibilities and duties involved, required training, working conditions on the job etc.

To get a transfer the candidate has to first apply for the transfer.
The transfer of registration application form is to be filled in with the residential address and the nearest Employment Exchange. The Employment Exchange office gets a transfer index card from the Employment Exchange on receiving the candidate’s application. The candidate will be informed about the transfer on receiving a copy of the transfer letter.

Procedure to get duplicate Employment Exchange card:

The applicant needs to submit the original certificates along with the Registration to the Employment officer stating the reasons for the request of the duplicate ID card. A duplicate Identity card will be issued on verifying the Registrant’s signature in the Index cards and the Identity card.

One needs to submit the following original certificate for registration:

1.Age proof certificate

2.Educational qualification marksheet

3.In case of a handicapped candidate a furnished certificate issued by the medical board showing the % of disability

4.For illiterate candidate an affidavit of age proof to be obtained from the executive magistrate.
