If you want your name to register to vote for the first time, then you will be required to submit a copy of your proof of address and the proof of your age. You can also check with the local country council to register your name to vote. The applications forms can be obtained from the Assistant Electoral Registration offices nearest to your area. Similarly for submitting the forms back, there are some associated Assistant Registration electoral offices available.
