Dear sir, I have purchased new car (i10,1200 c.c., Magna( Temp. No:PB 10CW 7248 ) from DeotSidh, Motors, G.T. road Ludhiana .This car has battery discharge problem since the day I had taken from showroom as I had complained frequently to the service centre and battery has been recharged as many as six times but with no ultimate solution to the problem since I had purchased . Therefore I would like to request your good self to kindly intervene the matter to resolve the problem finally at the earliest please..

ssue since May 2010 ,after consulting so many dealers i got the result that steering set was faultyneed to replace the same as my car was under warranty,anyhow when i approached the Joshi Hyundai last they told me that only seal need to be replaced rest things are normal.I trusted Joshi Hyundai so,they changed the Steering seal,however i have faced the leakage issue continuously & i made repititive requests to service centre kindly check the same everytime they said no issue sir no issue sir,finally warrant period is over ,now they are saying that complete steering part is faulty you need to change the complete set which costs around 22000/-,now my question is ,the part is already faulty then Why the same was not changed during warranty period ? Why no action against my continuous requests ? Who wil be responsible in case any damage or accident happened during driving ? What will be the cost of my trust on Hyundai Brand & Joshi Dealers ? This is not the least actual issue occured when i contact Mr.Singh regarding my complaint ,I am amused to see the behaviour of the concern ,follwoing is the example of the same 1.I have to wait around 15-20 mins to meet 2.Good service is your motive but i amazed to see,Mr.Singh not even asked me to sit ,finally after sometime Mr.Virender said me to have a seat 3.Not in mood of hearing my issue & not even properly attended me ,making mockery of issue was his main motive

Dear sir, We bought a new i10 era on 31st october from Hindustan Hyundai, Jaipur (Rajasthan). We provided all the documents which were asked. After buying car when we are trying to get R.C. the dealer satyajeet not responding properly, He never calls by himself rather on calling him he just ignores or gives wrong information. One day on calling him he told that RC is ready and u can take it anytime, when my husband went there the person issuing RC told that it has not come, and satyajeet said he doesn't know anything. Now after 25 days of buying car He is telling that our documents are not complete. The address proof is on my husband's name and we bought car on my name. we have provided Marriage certificate now he is asking for address proof on my name....Is it really needed? if yes then how could he sale his car to us with out complete document? Why he didn't call again to tell that some more records are needed..? Does Hyundai DEALERS work in same way....? Is nobody responsible for customer satisfaction once a car is sold......? Please answer what i need to do..........?
