Review of Hyundai Sonata

Sonata's 2.4 LT 4 cylinder VTVT (Variable Timing Valve Train) petrol engine is a robust and technically sound one and gives a max power of 165 bhp at 5800 rpm and its max torque is of 23.6 kgm is achieved at 4250 rpm.

This VTVT engine is an aluminium one. Sonata now sports clear-lens headlamps entailed within jeweled projector headlamps & taillights coupled with silver bezels; its bumper is fitted with trapezoidal fog lamps plus chrome-embellished strips add to its overall elegance.

Standard features across all Sonata variants on the exterior have twin exhaust, rear defogger, body colored bumpers plus chrome plated waistline moulding. On the interior the auto up & down power windows allow you to glide windows with the touch of one button.

The steering wheel can be moved in different directions to best suit the driver's position. Currently Sonata faces tough competition from Skoda Laura and Honda Civic both of which sell more in numbers as compared to Sonata.
