Hyundai Sonata's 2.0 LT 4 cylinder CRDi (Common Rail Direct Injection) diesel engine is a robust and technically sound one and gives a max power of 142 bhp at 4000 rpm and its max torque is of 33 kgm is achieved in the range of 2000-2680 rpm.

This Sonata now sports clear-lens headlamps entailed within jeweled projector headlamps & taillights coupled with silver bezels; its bumper is fitted with trapezoidal fog lamps plus chrome-embellished strips add to its overall elegance.

Standard features across all Sonata variants on the exterior have twin exhaust, rear defogger, body colored bumpers plus chrome plated waistline moulding. On the interior the auto up & down power windows allow you to glide windows with the touch of one button.

The steering wheel can be moved in different directions to best suit the driver's position.Currently Sonata faces tough competition from Skoda Laura and Honda Civic both of which sell more in numbers as compared to Sonata.
