Bhupinder, contact ICICI Netbanking support, they will not give you new PIN as it only get sent by postal mail but if you are worried about unauthorized transactions, you can lock your account temporarily

I have ICICI HPCL debit card.
Apparently, I can do online shopping on Indian websites. However, card is simply refused when I try to use on International websites.
What is the reason?
My card is already enabled Verified by Visa.
ICICI CC executives also keep guessing. One agent tells me International online transactions not allowed on debit cards. Other tells me I can and to contact merchant website concerned. Too confusing!

Akhil, the ICICI representative is right, even if you have a VISA logo and 3 digit CVV numbers, debit cards of ICICI and local Indian banks are not supported by other International banks and you have to go for a Credit Card only
