• The customer should get the claim form and duly fill and sign it.
• The RC copy of the vehicle is also to be submitted.
• Copy of the driving license is also to be submitted.
• The photocopy of the first two pages of the policy is to be submitted.
• The original estimate is also to be submitted.
• Original repair invoice, payment receipt is also to be submitted. In case of cashless garage only repair invoice is required to be submitted.

• The claim form duly filled and signed is to be submitted.
• The RC copy of the vehicle with the original keys is to be submitted.
• The copies of driving license, original policy and original FIR are to be submitted.
• The RTO transfer papers properly signed with Form 28, 29, 30 and Form 35 are to be submitted.
• Finally a no trace report from the police stating the lost of the vehicle is also to be submitted.
