From batch 2010 IIIT - Hyderabad is taking in admissions on its own and not through AIEEE counselling board CCB.
The admission procedure is based on AIEEE ranks itself
No entrance exams additionally are conducted for B.tech
For M.Tech it is as usual and entrance exam exists separatley

What branch you are getting
What branch you are getting in new IITs ? I don't think you can get CSE in them, so if you are getting IIIT Hyderabad, take it.
about 2000 for CSE and 2500
about 2000 for CSE and 2500 for dual degree.
