Dear Sir/Madam,
Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to bring to your kind notice that the vendors at railway stations authorised by IRCTC are selling the consumer product at higher price than MRP. Recently I was at Kota Jn railway station and I purchased water bottle from one outlet of M/s Balan Foods Pvt. Ltd. The sales person charged Rs15/- for 1 ltr. water bottle whereas MRP printed was Rs12/-. When I objected he said that he is servent and also he refused to give the bill for the purchase. Kindly do the needful so that consumer doesn't loose faith in the outlets of IRCTC. It was my duty to bring the incident to your notice.
Thanks and Regards
