Institute of Technology was established in the year 1984 and it falls under the group of private college. The college is owned by Vivekananda Education Society and is known for its quality of pass out students and the nature of program that have been undertaken in order to create these wonderful engineers.

There are 60 seats for Computer Science Engineering, 60 seats for Tele- Communication Engineering, 60 seats for Electronics Engineering, 60 seats for Information Technology, 60 seats for Instrumentation Engineering, 18 seats for Mechanical Engineering and Electronics Tele- Communication Engineering, and 60 seats for Masters in Computer Application. The entire above courses are approved by AICTE.

Admission Procedure and Eligibility Criteria for Institute of Technology

The applicants have to appear for a written entrance examination which is conducted on a state level. Those applicants who have secured a minimum cut-off marks as per decided by the board of the college are given admission.

The applicants who want to take admission in this college must be a citizen of India and should not be below 20 years of age as on the date of the entrance exam. He or She should be unmarried at the time of the admission and should have secured a minimum of 60% marks in their Higher Secondary Examination in subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology combined.
