Laxmi Devi Institute of Engineering & Technology

Laxmi Devi Institute of Engineering & Technology, also known as the (LIET), is located in Alwar in the state of Rajasthan. It was basically established in the year 2001by Marut Nandan Educational Society (MNES). It was set up with a view to provide quality education and training in the field of engineering. LIET is an approved institute which is affiliated to All India Council for Technical Education ( AICTE) and also to the Rajasthan Technical University (RTU).

Its aim and ideology

It always strives to produce great technical professionals who can take up any challenges in the fields of engineering in the global market. It is because of its efficient performance it is being accredited with a TCS honor. It is also Nodal Centre for the Recruitment and Training of Infosys Technologies and L&T Infotech. It is quite reputed for producing potential professionals who are now placed in the reputed organizations like the Wipro, TCS, Infosys, i-flex, L&T, Zensar and so on.

Courses offered

LIET offers several graduation courses which include Electronics & Communication Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering and so on. Similarly, it also offers several Post Graduation courses which include M.Tech. (Elect. & Comm. Engineering, M.B.A. (Master of Business Administration, M.Tech. (Mechanical Engineering, etc. all these courses are designed as per the prevailing needs and requirement of the present industry.

The students who want get admission in LIET needs to have qualified in one of the entrance tests which include Rajasthan Pre Engineering Test for Engineering, All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE) or Architecture and Pharmacy.
