MTNL Broadband Mumbai is known as TriBand which is provided through the deployment of ADSL 2+ technology. The payment or bill for the service is included in the regular MTNL Mumbai Telephone Bill.

The subscription for MTNL Broadband Mumbai is either Monthly or Annual.

Limited Plans:
  • Download speed ranging from 256 Kbps to 2 Mbps.
  • Monthly Free Data Download is ranges from 200 MB to 50 GB.
  • Monthly Free Data Upload is Unlimited Free.
  • Monthly DSL Minimum Usage Charges ranges from Rs. 49 to Rs. 3995..
  • Additional Usage Charges beyond Monthly free Usage is from Re. 1 to Rs. 0.40.
Unlimited Plans:
  • Download speed ranging from 320 Kbps to 4 Mbps.
  • Monthly Free Data Download is Unlimited.
  • Monthly Free Data Upload is Unlimited Free.
  • Monthly DSL Minimum Usage Charges ranges from Rs. 395 to Rs. 9999.
  • Additional Usage Charges beyond Monthly free Usage is not applicable.
Voice Internet Service "Net Echo":
  • Monthly service charges for internet speech Rs 150 (plus service tax applicable).
  • The call charges will be 10 paise / min (12 minute pulse)
Initial Deposit & Other Charges for Broadband Internet Services Tariff Plans:
  • One Time Registration Charge (with tele. bill - Non-refundable) - NIL(Except for Combo plans) For Combo Plans-Registration charges as per landline general tariff
  • DSL Activation & Testing Charges (With tele. bill) - Rs. 300/-(waived off for plan DSL 599 & higher plans).
  • DSL CPE One-time Upfront Charges (with tele. bill & Non refundable) - For Normal ADSL Modem: Rs. 300/-, for Wireless ADSL Modem: Rs. 600/-, for Customer owned CPE: NIL.

  • Visit MTNL Broadband Mumbai designated Quick Customer Service Centers(QCSC's) in your area.
  • MTNL Mumbai provides the Broadband services within 15 days of application based on the technical feasibility.
  • Voice Internet Service "Net Echo" - customers need to dial 9757293363 and place in their request for the service. A 10 digit account number & 4 digit PIN number will be provided to the customers after activation of this service. After issue of account number and Pin no customer can dial 24360101 to access netECHO services.

I have been using MTNL

I have been using MTNL wireless broadband services since past 2 years,initially it was good but since past 6months it is working like hell, I have called mtnl several times but its not working.I am now going to change my net provider.
