MTNL VoIP

MTNL VoIP services are provided for the customers who use broadband internet connection in association with M/S Aksh Optifibre Limited. The booking for new VoIP connection can be made by calling at the customer care number, Sanchar hats in the area and by logging in to the website. MTNL VoIP services are of two types, for existing landline users with broadband and for existing users without MTNL broadband.

Below are the applicable charges for existing landline users with broadband:

• Rs 100 as registration and installation charges.
• Rs 200 as monthly service charges.
• 400 minutes of free SIP to SIP call.
• International dialing available with prepaid card.

The charges for existing landline users without broadband are:

• Rs 100 as registration and installation charges.
• Rs 200 as monthly service charges including modem and ATA charges.
• 400 minutes of free SIP to SIP call.
• No broadband access to subscriber.

The other applicable charges for both the plans are:

• Refundable security deposit of Rs 999 for VoIP ATA.
• The security amount may be forfeited in case of any physical damage.
• Amount for wiring are charged as per actual. BEETEL Secure Rs.370/-, BEETEL-Emerald Rs. 400/, BPL Model No.6390 Rs.350/-.

To make the service available user should first download or get in person the customer form, read the conditions thoroughly and then fill it properly to submit the form. To recharge or renew the MTNL VoIP ISD card customer can either log in to the website or can get the card recharged with the help of the customer care service.
