Mahabalipuram which is also known as Mamallapuram is a small town in the district of <a href="/node/63717">Kanchipuram</a> in Tamil Nadu. This small place has great many rock carvings and endless beaches. The Temple of Mahabalipuram is situated 400 meters above sea level. There are eleven temples and all these temples are carved out of the rocks.
