The college is affiliated to Uttar Pradesh Technical University and is approved by All India Council for Technical Education. Courses Offered at Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology

MIET was the first institute to offer courses in Information Technology and Biotechnology. The college provides B.Tech, B.Pharma, MCA and MBA courses. The BTech courses offered by the institute are in Computer Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering and many more.

Admission Procedure and Eligibility Criteria for Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology

The new session in the college starts from June which goes on till July. Students should clear the SEE-UPTU with an excellent percentage to get admission in this college.

The candidates must pass their HSC or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in PCM and must go appear for SEE-UPTU and clear.
