Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased an onida 1.0 ton ac model no. W112YR serial no. W112YR1209017157 which had a problem then i called service center they send a person who checked it and told me that compressor is not working properly so we have to change it as compressor was under warranty he told me that itwill cost us 2500 after compressor is changed they have to fill gas in it and joint it with ac. also he told me that 1.0 ton compressor is currently not available with then. ho took my number and told me that when compressor will be available he will tell us and then he will do the rest. we paid him 500 rs as visiting charges and he went away. but after passing few days there were no call from anyone. so we called again service center they send 2 new guys next day. the new guy checked ac again and said us to give him 2500 rs and also either we have to give him cartage to take ac to service center or arrange the same to him. we provided him auto to take ac with him to service center. after 3 days we got a call from service center that the compressor was ok but their was a gas leakage (which was never told to us) and they filled the gas into it and 2500 charged for it but now motor of ac is not working. for that if we wants to exchange the motor another 1500 we have to pay to them and without exchange we have to pay another 2500. now my question is if their were not any compressor problem why the whole scene was created and also why the gas was filled without prior asking us. this is tottaly a fraud activity to consumer whois believing on company service centers rathar than private mechanics.. even we had 4 ac in our home and office and never such treatment ot from any service center. Currently the ac is with service center and the name of service center is Such Refrigeration, Dugri road, Ludhiana.Punjab. Regarding Non repair of ONIDA TV DOME SYSTEM.AgainstComplaint No1505B226380595 dated 16.5.15.Mr Nagaraj Technician visited 19.5.15 and removed the Board from TV and promise to repair and return after 3days. After a week I contacted your Thippasandra Branch they given Mr.Anil No.9900892212. He told spares to be arrived from Bombay and the TV will be repaired duly and returned a weeks time. After lapse of 28 days the TV has been returned unrepaired stating that spares parts not avilable. If ONIDA is the Manufacturer who will repair and give spare parts. Your people dont want to repair purposely. The TV was showing "Launcher error" from 28th May 2016, due to which, we are unable to use the TV. every second the error is appearing. since i was not in home and due to the latest android technology, i told my family members not to do anything till i return from my delhi trip. I have verified personally and tried connecting internet / opening the TV in full screen, but unable to do so. Hence i have raised a service request thru customer care team, SR number is : 16064876380038 on 03 June 2016. After 3 days, one engineer from Ayanavaram Service centre came and verified the fault and informed us that the mother board is faulty and it has to be replaced. But from that day onwards, i am awaiting for any update from Onida side. Still i didnt receive any single call from the local service centre or from customer care . No follow up calls, no escalations happened automatically. I have made almost 7 escalation calls to Onida customer care, but no use till now, always getting the same response "still it is open, product not received by the service centre". I have made around 6 calls to the local service engineer, who earlier visited my house and he is having the similar response, "still the replacement product not received, awaiting, it will be rectified in 3 days". And similar issues found with other customers as well. Multiple 3 days passed, still no use. Still the TV not working. pls suggest the way forward. I hope you can understand the role TV is playing our home. The entire family is frustrated on this and blaming me choosing "ONIDA". Because i am the one adamantly selected onida tv. Please either repair the TV asap, or replace the TV, or else return the money and take back your TV, if no spare parts available and it will take more time to repair. Please keep in mind, i am not escalating the issues on the first day. I have tried my level best with customer care many times, and local service center many times, then finally after a month, i am escalating this, please do the needful. WAITING FOR MORE THAN A MONTH TO REPAIR A TV, IN THE MODERN WORLD IS NOT APPROPRIATE. Expecting a favorable reply and resolution by today. Dear Sir, This is regarding my Onida Washing machine service. Complaint number given by the Service center 1606E14680015 . Complaint was the terrific noise. Myself contacted the Onida Service Center at attingal, Trivandrum. Contact Numebr: 8086777333. After explaining the issue they confirmed that the issue is with clutch assembly (don’t know as it’s a technical jargon) and the replacement will cost Rs.3600. On July 6th service person visited my house and replaced the clutch assembly. There was no change in the sound. (Contact Number: 8086677792) He derived at a conclusion that the issue is with the new clutch assembly or may be because of faulty motor. (seriously don’t know how he derived at the issue is a faulty motor). Anyway he agreed to comeback after 3 to 4 days. On 8th (today, another service person attended when I was not at home. (contat number – 8086777759). He collected money from my mother Rs.3600 claiming the issue is rectified. When my wife checked the same noise was coming out of Washing machine. The service person said he will come back, now he is not even responding Contacted the Service center again. Response was not so encouraging. Complain no. is 16068416380340. It's 15 to 20 days old complain. When your engineer solve my complain. Both toll free number is not working. I am also mail 3 to 4 time , but no response till date. Now my final way is legal action if you are not resolve my problem in two day.
