I am wondering if Fly-by-night operators are the creation of regulatory authorities. They never support the grieved party and support them. They act like "pimps" rather; switching messages from clients to defaulter but no directives to say that because of the fault penalties are imposed.

Although I have signed up for online trade with Artha Money, they have created hassles setting up my account, password and then when visited the office, shutter's were down & move else where.

I do not want anymore bullshit of these people. How do I get back my refund of initial deposit of Rs. 5000/-. Where should I file my complaint?
