The PSG College of Engineering is situated in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. It was founded in the year 1951 by PSG and Son’s Charitable Trust. It is an ISO 9001:2001 certified institute and is affiliate to its own University. It is approved by AICTE. Courses Offered in PSG College of Engineering
The College offers both graduate and undergraduate courses. It offers a four years degree course in different streams which include Computer Science & Engineering; Electronics & Communication Engineering; Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering; Information Technology, Metallurgical Engineering, Production Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Textile Technology, Instrumentation and Control Engineering, and Electrical Engineering. The college also offers Masters of Technology Program in Communication System, Computer Science and Engineering, Energy Engineering, Industrial Metallurgy, Power Electronics and Drives, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Bio-technology and Instrumentation & Control Engineering.
Admission Procedure of PSG College of Engineering
The admission to the college is made through AIEEE. The college also admits its student through the entrance examination conducted by the state. For admission to the masters degree one has to qualify the GATE examinations.

The College is spread over a wide campus of about 45 acres. It has got many buildings for the various courses it offers. The campus has its own college, hostels, staff-quarters, play fields and lustrous green gardens. It has got well equipped libraries and modern laboratories.
