PART-I (Article 1-4) of Indian Constitution: Deals with the territory of India, formation of new states, alterations, names of existing states.

PART-II (Article 5-11) of Indian Constitution: Deals with various rights of Citizenship.

PART-III (Article 12-35) of Indian Constitution: Deals with fundamental rights of Indian Citizens Abolition of Untouchability and titles.

PART-IV (Article 36-51) of Indian Constitution: Deals with Directive Principles of State Policy.

PART-IVA (Article 51A) of Indian Constitution: This part was added by 42nd Amendment in 1976m which contains the fundamental duties of the citizens.

PART-V (Article 52-151) of Indian Constitution: Deals with Govt. at the Centre Level.

PART-VI (Article 152-237) of Indian Constitution: Deals with Govt. at the State Level.

PART-VII (Article 238) of Indian Constitution: Deals with States.

PART-VIII (Article 239-241) of Indian Constitution: Deals with Union Territories.

PART-IX (Article 242-243) of Indian Constitution: This contains TWO parts:

1. Added by 73rd Amendment in 1992, which contains a new schedule (11th Schedule). It contains 29 subjects related to Panchayati Raj, who have been given administrative powers.

2. Added by 74th Amendment in 1992, which contains a new schedule (12th Schedule). It contains 18 subjects relate to Municipalities, who have been given administrative powers.

PART-X (Article 244-244A) of Indian Constitution: Deals with Scheduled and Tribal Areas.

PART-XI (Article 245-263) of Indian Constitution: Deals with relationship between Union and States.

PART-XII (Article264-300A) of Indian Constitution: Deals with the distribution of revenue between Union and States, appointment of Finance Commission etc.

PART-XIII (Article 301-307) of Indian Constitution: Deals with Trade, Commence and Intercourse within the territory of India.

PART-XIV (Article 308-323) of Indian Constitution: Deals with UPSC and Public Service Commissions.

PART-XIVA (Article 232A, 323B) of Indian Constitution: Added by 42nd Amendment in 1976. Deals with administrative tribunals set up by Parliament to hear dispute and complaints regarding Union, States or Local Govt. Employees.

PART-XV (Article 324-329) of Indian Constitution: Deals with Elections.

PART-XVI (Article 330-342) of Indian Constitution: Deals with special provisions for SCs and STs and Anglo-Indian Representatives.

PART-X VII (Article 343-351) of Indian Constitution: Deals with official language of Union and States.

PART-XVIII (Article 352-360) of Indian Constitution: Deals with emergency provisions, President’s rule.

PART-XIX (Article 361-367) of Indian Constitution: Deals with exemption of criminal proceedings for their official acts of president and governors.

PART-XX (Article 368) of Indian Constitution: Deals with Amendment of Constitution.

PART-XXI (Article 369-392) of Indian Constitution: Article 370 deals with Special status to J & K.

Article 371A gives special provisions with respect to state of Nagaland.

PART-XXII (Article 393-395) of Indian Constitution: Deals with the short title, commencement and repeal of the Constitution.
