But from the starting of this month when i tried to log in it is showing "your password has expired" and i am unable to reactivate my account because i forgot the answer of my hint question. Police verification is not at happened.
All my friends got their passports with in 45 days after they applied.

i have a passport since class 7, and when i made it , i submitted the original birth certificate for the date of birth proof of 1991 , and later on when i filled my 10th board details , my date of birth year had 1992 , bacause it was continuing from my previous school records, now i have all the certificates and necessary documents of the date of birth year 1992, but my passport is of the year 1991. please suggest the appropriate solution.

We elect the Govt and these Govt offices harass us. Dont take this harassment. Write all your complaints to Ministry of External Affairs. http://www.mea.gov.in.

I have made million visits to tons to offices just to get a duplicate passport. My job in US is in danger. This is the limit of harassment.

My husband got the UK's visa but unfortunately he losts his passport.He contacts with Chandigarh Passport office but they donot give any proper reply..what we have to do now??
It is already mentioned in website that it is possible under Tatkaal Scheme to get a reaplacement of passport within week.but why the passport office refused to take his case..Is there any solution for this because it is a question of our carrier and future.

Chandigarh passport on line site is not at all coming on,at passport office it is told that you should apply on line.
By this way Indian Citizens are harass,action must be taken against the culprit so that no one should harass the public.
Why public should be misguide.

My passport has 20 year validity and it was issued in year 2000 and is valid until 2020. Recently,as per few government regulations they have de-recognized these 20 years valid passports and asked to apply for a new one. Can you please tell me what is the procedure for this? My cousin applied for his passport on 24 Aug 2010. He was told that with the new and improved system the passport would be dispatched within 21 days of the passport. It has been more than 2 months now and all the formalities such as police verification has done more than a month ago. He needs to apply for a singapore visa urgently due to some personal matter. I am a citizen in singapore and to apply for a passport here as a very simple step. And it takes lesser than 14 days for the passport to be produced.And in Chandigarh it take more than 3 months ? We have also visited chandigarh passport office and we were rudely told off by your colleagues. Is this what you guys call "friendly" customer service? I was deeply disappointed with the service. Please i kindly urge you to inform me what is going and why hasn't the passport been dispatched even after having complete all the formalities.
