Hello sir,

I applied for my passport in 2006, after police varification they told me that they have lost my documents so I reapplied for this on 15 mar,2007 with file ref number : lkoz-420026-07. Again they do my police varification. After that I checked my stauts through online so many times and always status was in pending. I tried to call so many time but their office didn't pic my call. At last in 2009 I got the status as "police report is cleared and passport is expected to dispatched by16.06.2010".
I mailed them so many times regarding this but they didn't replied me. When I visit to passport office lucknow, one officer mr. R.N.Rai dupty passport officer said that your file has been closed and when I asked for reason he say to go for rti. He also point for some extra.

I am very frustrated with lucknow passport office service and their officer's behaviour.

I have screen shot of my file reference last online status.

Please do some thing as I am facing so much problem.

i hve not recived my daughter passport yet . and i hve to leave for mauritius by the end of this month . so pls kindly tell me the status of my daughter passport .i need it urgently .

best thing is google about RTI and send all ur queries regarding ur passport process.This then means that u hve good exposure nd hve done ur duty nd within 1month u shd get ur work done according to this act..

1-Photo has been interchange with someone anonymous person.

2-There is wrong signature in my passport.

one of the most frustrating thing is that there is only single number is given for lucknow passport office .and it always remains busy.and even if you got this number it will be connect to some different office.

Its impossible to call lucknow passport office number.lot of corruption in the department.No one work without money.
