- Suppose your query is not solved yet, you can send an email to customercare@relianceada.com.
- You will get reliance response within 2 to 3 working days.

How to get connected via offline?
- If you are a Reliance postpaid connection holder, then you can dial *222 from your mobile.
- If you are not a Reliance Customer then you can dial 30334343 from your mobile.
- If you are a prepaid customer you can *333 to talk to a customer care executive.
- If you would like to check the balance then dial *367 or SMS BAL to 53670.

I lost my handset with CDMA
I lost my handset with CDMA NO 9312042491 on 30 Apr 11. I purchased a new set and SIM card on 01 May 11. Cellphone was activated after 10 days with a WRONG NUMBER (9310242491 instead of 9312042491). I have been trying to get my original number back without any sucess so far. Please HELP !!
